Visited lhmc for my aunt's regular checkup.
She went to use orthopedic ward doctor duty room washroom and toilet seat has got acid on it.
Now she is burned at places which got in contact with it.
And after talking to 2, 3 people there got to know this was not the first time
Someone is burned with acid left on toilet seat.
Please take necessary action for cleaning staff who is responsible for this unacceptable negligence. Was this information helpful? |
