3rd ti.e i m noticing that there is no senior doctor available in emergency n surgical ward only practicing student available with their lazy work.
n last of all guard was like a owner of hospital

On 20 june one for staf[censored]nderwent a accident just outside your hospital at 11 pm.he was admitted to emergency ward where only students who are under training attending the patients with none of the senior doctors for there help.
My patient was having severe injury for which no medication was given to him due to his form admition was not filed properly two to three times all this happened in front of SI mandir marg .
At around 12:30-12:40 when we forced the so called doctors for treatment they asked to rush him to xray ward where the personal sitting in AC asked to bring the doctor filled form correctly that also three to four times, and told the doctor on duty"kya bewakoofo ko baithrakha hai jinhe form nahi bharna aata"who we took along lastly with us.
And he simply said will not conduct any xray untill the form is filled .
All this delay ultimately lead to our patients death.
At 1:15-1:20 am some senior lady doctor came out of her chamber when we were arguing with the so called doctors sitting and the senior demanded for ventilator which was not working properly and the current machine which also did not worked at once.
All these sought of neglency lead to death of our patient.
You can go through the cctv recording for any clarification.
Want justice from your side so that any senior doctors team should be present everytime atleast in emergency ward along with juniors, to help the patients survive .

As in all staffs like nurses and gaurds along with house keepers who take care of ICU and OCD room and labour ward all take bribe while family come to see new born baby without taking bribe they don't allow.

Hospital room no. 6B PRP machine is not working from 2 months get it repaired as soon as possible. quickly hire an engineer and repair it fast. Penitent are waiting from around 2 months.

People are waiting for submit amount in O.P.D cash counter but staff not there in office timing.

This hospital is good for Treatment. But there's not cleanness. After 5pm there's only street dogs are found more than the hospital staff. If your patient is admitted in hospital then attended needs be careful from street dogs those are found in every corner of hospital area And they can bite you any time and there is no place for you to sit, no proper toilets, for too use washroom you need to go outside the hospital and use MCD toilets. and even guards will be very rude to you. If you have enough patience and needy and helpless then you can thing about getting treatment here.

I ask there staff for cleaning he ask not come any cleaning person i ask only ki ye toilet doctor ko bhi use karvao mareej ki liya bimari pall rahey hai yaha thik hongey ya or bimar itna bada hospital but saaf safai ki naam per kuch nahi pata hai complent ka koi fyada nahi hoga govt. I registered here at around 9 : 30 Am. They queued patients according to their queue number. I waited around 11 Am for my queue no 45 . They were letting patience to go inside without any queue who were even having queue later than me .I was seeing all this they were allowing even 110 queue no persons before me . All the other patients were furious to see this. So they than collected all the papers of all patients and shufffled those without any order.People starting arguing and that lead to some heated arguments between management and patients. We waited in the random queue arranged by them. And this was continued for 2 hours.I am still waiting for my turn at 1Pm for just queue no 45.It means they (Dr.s) havent checked even 44 patients in 4 hours. There are 4 cabins and each have single or multiple doctors .

Doctors are so unworthy that they don't deserve to get that much salary, Imagine a person with 100 kg weight who couldn't able to stand properly, and assisted by his 18 yr old son and his wife, doctor instructed the bouncer to let only 1 person inside, my brother and mother agreed, and requested them to instruct someone from his team to hold him so that he doesn't not fall down because he had implants in leg, doctors replied i don't care this is not my job if anyone from you can lie him down on bed than he will examine

I came toady[protected]with my mom for the check as she is not well from last two days. I bring her in neuro for the normal check I was waiting from 9:30 a.m till 11:30 a.m here one nurse was talking with me very roughly and Rudly she was entertaining all the staff patient first although they doesn't have no. Is it correct that I'll patient should be wait for hour and hour we took no. We were waiting so long are we fool.

My relative (santosh kumar) is admitted in this hospital on 12/04/2020, i already donated blood and fainted there now no one in my family member is fit for donation so the doctor in the surgery ward is forcing us for donations despite being rejected for unfit blood.

I had admitted in this hospital on 8th october and i am suffered for hepatitis e. Toilets are very dirty tap water is not working there every patient suffered very much. And staff of the hospital like brothers, sisters and doctors not talk to the patients in familiar way they are talking with patients very rudely.

Dr. Suggest the you have blood scarcity go to room 2 in emergency.
We go there on monday and have asked with around 5 staff but no body aware about this and someone guided for room 34, we came here in morning at 9:30 and due to miscommunication by staff we were wondering here and there and time reached around 2 pm here. We gone into room number 34a there was lady dr. Standing there she suggested to go and take the new opd slip if possible because it's is around 2 pm now, if not getting the slip you can visit by tomorrow we will she here.
Again next means today we came here and have started to stand into que for new opd slip.
Opd staff again misguide us for room 2 in emergency.
This time again i go there in room number 2 in emergency department.

There was to lady dr. Was seating there they were very kind hurted dr. And she took the paper and suggest to go in 34 opd again.
I talked to her and make them understand that they are not making the slip and have send here we are wondering here from last 2 hours.

She again suggest me to go on counter no. 1 and take token and get the emergency new slip from here we will write on it and then will send to you in opd.

I go there and took one token from counter no.1 and staid there on window no 1 for making slip,
He was busy with some lady till the time i was waiting around after 5 minutes he got free and ask me kya kam hai, i told him ki mujhe new slip banwani hai dr. Ne bheja hai, he told me slip niche dal de, i was starting opposite of the window and did not hear him. Maine kaha kya kaha apne suddenly he shouted on me but still i suggest him and kaha aapki awaj nai aa rahi hai.
He replied in laud volume niche dal de.
The he asked me house no. We are poor people room no alag alag yad rakhna it's deficult again he replied tera demag thik hai. And kaha dr. Ne jab kal bheja to aaj kiu aaya. Maine use sari bat batani chahi but he is not ready to lessen me.
Or bola chal andar no 1 pe pe gaya and he started sauting he is not ready to lessen me.

One of staff was there at who gave me token he told him ki ye (Yani me) sahi kah raha hai 2 no pe dikha do.
But still he was continuously soutinng there dr. Suggest to keep quiet but still he is not ready to lessen. And try to say like we are fool or kahne paga yaha gumne aaya hai.
We want and request to take action against him in emergency ward he should not react like this.

And i have observed there are so many staff into this hospital who always shoute on pecent.

I would like to complain against the staff of lady harding hospital... They always asking for money.. Always deny to clean the toilets... Plz see conditions of gyanae wards toilet condition & also they took food from patient part which govt provide for patients like breakfast. Lunch. Dinner.. Provide in thrd class quality kindly look into this on very high priority... Please take necessary action for those corrupt. Employees in this organisation. And the second complain is that they admit paitent and not providing food to paitent in main labour room or not giving proper information about the paitent to attendant many time i ask him but they are not listening and not providing any information about the paitent

Please look into the matter urgently as my daughter who is a thalassemic major patient is not getting even the half amount of blood back which we used to deposit from red cross to lady hardinge blood bank being a single working mother not only i have to take first half day to collect blood from red cross then a full day on transfusion day but also the child has to miss her school. And result a low hb level, physical strain and mental agony. My million dollar question is when we are depositing the good amount of blood from red cross society then why are we not getting the same account back???

This is too much... Iss hospital mei nurse ho ya drs. Ho aur agar ye kam pade to guards hain.. Lady harding jo delivery ke liye best mana jata hai weh hospital mei baat krne ki tamiz tk nhi hai itna rude behavior staffs ka guards ka sabhi ka rude behavior kuch puchho to jaise wo log irritate ho jate hain turant wo log apni bolne ka style itna rude kr lete hain jaise wo samne wala insaan koi crime kr rha hai unse kuch puch ke.. Yahan to kuch information lena bhi crime se km nhi hai.. Aur kuch drs. Ka behavior to aise hai patients ke sath ki un drs. Ki shuruwat hi gandi language ke sath hoti hai patients ke sath... Drs. Hme naya jivan dete hain kya iska matlab ye hai ki ye log kaisa bhi language use krenge kuch bhi kahenge... Hm log sarakari hospital par bharosa karte hain lakin yahan iss tarah ka maholl milta hai to lagta hai ki jab ek dr. Jo hm sabhi ko naya jivan deta hai wo hi aise baat krega to baaki sabse kya umeed krenge phir to poora hospital ka staff aisa hi behave krega... Yahan poor se poor family aati hai durr durr se isliye nhi ki weh aap sabhi staff se aise maholl ki umeed krte hain balki isliye taqi weh apne logo ko wahan surakshit mehsoos kr ske lakin ab yahan har moment pr paisa liya jata hai guards ya koi bhi staff sb koi ka yehi haal hai khule aam yahan ye sb chlta hai... Kya hm log mehfuz hain aise hospital mei jahan patients ke sath iss tarah ka behave kiya jata hai... Shame on this lady harding hospital.. Poor facility, rude behavior by guards, sweepers, some drs. And some nurses washrum are so dirty no waters.. Hum log jiss desh mei drs. Ko bhagwan ki upadhi dete hain wahan kuch drs. Apne patients ke sath animal type behavior krte hain.. Shame... Plzzz don't take it lightly. Thank you so much.

COMPLAINT ABOUT Delivery of lady getting boy child safely normal delivery but after an 24 hrs child get at ventilation only 15 hrs child survive after that pass away.
It simply states that no awareness of child who got new journey in the universe but finally I requested all that don't believe on doctor caring only trust in God so please request don't getting delivery of lady at un awareness Hospital

Visited lhmc for my aunt's regular checkup.
She went to use orthopedic ward doctor duty room washroom and toilet seat has got acid on it.
Now she is burned at places which got in contact with it.
And after talking to 2, 3 people there got to know this was not the first time
Someone is burned with acid left on toilet seat.
Please take necessary action for cleaning staff who is responsible for this unacceptable negligence.

Pathetic condition of patients inside hospitals.. Attendents and cleaners keep asking for money all the time.. No cleaniness.. Disgusting staff.. Our taxes being misused by giving salary to such useless employees.. They are not ready to listen anything.. Want patients to close the drip and change it themselves only.. All sort of insects, you can find in the hospital.. Staff there is so rude as if they are not getting salaries.. Why are we not given better treatment at government hospitals.. I m not saying 5 star treatment.. But it should have some standards to maintain atleast.. Cockroaches in icu and post operative department is not acceptable..

A child is born by operation in OT on 19 Apr 16 at 6:03 AM, under supervision of Dr. Aparna, After that a peon called to the family of that child and asked money with silly talks and so much presser.
We have to paid him too much money.
There was two peon, one of them was lady and other one is man.
Issues are as following...
- Asking Money, don't know why
- Misbehavior of staff either Dr. or other staff.
- Talking as wrong way to patient and family.

My sister is admitted in one of the oldest and reputed Govt Hospitals of Delhi, at least that is what the impression i had until this morning when i visited her and found the Medical interns not more than 21 years old misbehaving with the patients and their family members including my sister and my family and several others like us. They were using phrases like "If she'll keep jumping around obviously she would feel pain". (I failed to understand which patient is in a condition to jump around when they're admitted in a hospital) They were making disgusted looks to elderly patients who were throwing up because of the medicines, shouting at them for no reason and putting injections as if they're no human and they don't feel any pain. Last night when my mother took my sister to the washroom the men who work there as cleaners were following them and that raises a HUGE question against the security of women admitted in this hospital, and when we complained to the nurses they were blaming us taking their sides. I really want to raise this question to the higher authorities of "Lady Harding" that if these interns and the junior staff are so frustrated with their jobs then why are they still working there? Do they think people who come there for treatment are on their mercy? If they really think this way then i believe they are sadly mistaken because everyone has the equal rights to use the facilities provided by Government and they are not the ones paying for any expense from their own pockets. Plus if you're in this field then the first step is to be human and never to forget that you can also be a patient and you can also be in same condition as the person you're treating that way, Heaven and Hell everything is here and we design our fate with our deeds and today i dont know how many times i have cursed these people for this kind of behavior. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED AND OUTRAGED Karan Kashyap
