The product says 29 grams for rs 500. The tube is filled half with air. It was packed purchased from great india palace mall noida. You are just fooling the customers. Not worth for money. Give product worth value to the money. Just big packet and big tube. Give product not cover. I will not buy nor will recommend. how much big complaint you want. just a strategy not to resolve.

Give product worth value to the money. Just big packet and big tube. Give product not cover. I will not buy nor will recommend. how much big complaint you want. just a strategy not to resolve. on the brand name of Lakme consumer is not getting right products. instead of spending revenue on advertisements and giving less quantity, give the genuine product.

    One week before i have bought the above said lipatuck from a shop. The sales gurl has told me it ia longlasting and doesnt shows cracks in lips... But it is the worst lipstick i have ever seen in my life fir rs.1200/-. I am very much dissatisfied with it... And i asks you to do necessary actions to the needed. Otherwise the obly option is to go to consumer court and file a case against lakme... And get the compensation

      On the 2nd november 2018, i had been to orion mall, bangalore for shopping.
      As my lakme kajal had got over, i asked for a new one.

      The sales girl gave me, lakme absolute forever silk eyeliner instead.

      Upon reaching home i tried using the twister pencil. But found
      The twister is not working no matter what i do.

      Hello i bought lakme mousse foundation from shop in mall and when i applied on my face it make my complexion dark as it is golden medium also it making my skin dry and patchy.please replace it.

      I went for a hair cut in Velachery - Lakme salon couple of weeks back. Upon booking I was told that the charge would be around ₹800. It was a normal trimming at the back and a small fringe in the front that too I used to have. It's just a normal trimming that I went for and no styling further. But I was charged 800 for the cut at the back and charged around 300 for the fringe- very disappointed by how greedy you people are.. if it's worth the money and if extra care and effort has been put in the service I would have appreciated but the service and style just did not worth the cost. Name of the lady I don't remember proper but I think is Ms.Ayisha.

        Please do needful i feel humiliated by mr shushant hair dresser of bilaspur lakme salon... Inspite of me being cooperative he ruined my hairs... M a doctor by profession... The person was not at all interested... He was in rush for hair cut... Even though there was not any customer... During washing my hair he pulled them so much it hurted me... Was not at all gentle in anything... U can go through video recording what i said what he did...

          Dont ever visit the lakme salon in bel road, they are big time cheaters. First of all they do not show the price catalogue, even after asking for it. Then they just quote exorbitant off mouth prices which you have never would have paid for the services availed. And the worst surprise you take up some stupid membership offers and they dont tell you that it cannot be redeemed in any of the lakme outlets, so pressurised to go in there as the payment would have been already made.

          Very unprofessional attitude of the lady there and never will even i would visit this salon

            Hi lakme team,

            I have taken the hair spa (Protein rush) package. Today, i went for 3rd sitting in lalme (Akshayanagar branch, bangalore), the service provided by bharti was worst she did not put the hair spa cream properly & when i asked to put more cream then she denied and told this much is enough and will absorb. And she applied 3 times shampoo on my hair.

            I want a one more protein rush hair spa free or want a refund of one protein rush hair spa.

              I doubt the authenticity of Lakme creams beung sold at 100feet road Saloon, Bathinda.
              The lakme cc cream Beige is of white colour
              I have bought the Almond one
              And I want to return it and also request you to keep a check in supplies in your saloons
              Thats a major gap and NOT expected atleast in your own saloons!!!

                Worst service ever by lakme. Asked for a trim of dry hair and split ends and she reduced my hair length by 8 inches saying it was a mere trim and not short at all. She happened to be a stylist at the salon. Worst service at kilpauk branch, chennai. More over lies to my face saying she has not. Hair is such a personal feel to a girl and they don't just understand. Causing emotional trauma is inhumane. If she does not understand the difference between a layer and a trim why do they hire such people and charge such pricing. Iwould have rather chopped it myself than visit them.

                  Lakme institute powered by aptech... I enrolled myself here for a makeup advanced course here but now due to my financial and family problems i cant opt for this course. So when i asked them to refund my amount they are denying and giving me reply that we do not have refund policy. I have not taken any class from them yet and i have not signed any such policy with them. How can they force such illogical policy over me.

                  The lakme salon located at bellandur, bangalore is the most unethical of all, below are their recent google ratings, please read the responses from the manager threatening to file a cyber crime complaint for telling them how cheap their services are, there is this lady by name anita who is the worst among all the beauticians from this lakme bellandur salon, she fooled me with the billing and charged me extravagantly, in addition she burn my skin with wax and was least bothered to apologize, even last time i had a very bad experience here, after complaining to the manager about anita i started getting harassing calls to take the complaint back.

                    I got my hair straightening done by lakme and within 2 weeks hairs are wavy again. I was suggested to do nutri smoothening and i got the it done and paid around 14k and after 2nd wash i could see my part of hairs are wavy again. Its was not completely starlight and also its very freezy and rough again (Only part of hairs and part of hairs are still staright).. Please suggest me what action or steps to be taken here. Will the money be refunded or will they do my hairstarightening again.. Please guide me.. Paid around 14k and its getting wavy within 2 weeks.. Really felt bad.. Pls let me know

                      I would like to raise a complaint on your lakme sales executive.. She was really very rude with me.. I regularly use lakme products, likw lakme sunscreen spf50, lakme iconic kajal, lake me foundation and compact power.. And today i went to buy lakme foundation in ponnu bazar, avadi, chennai 600054 tamil nadu, i asked for my shade she gave me some other shade which doesn't suits me and i told her the shade and i bought 1 foundation and 1 compact power.. After reached home i taught to open the foundation but was too stick and it doesn't come out so i taught to i taught to replace the foundation so i went to the shop and asked for replacement she replied that i cant change it we have no option to change it if i change it, the money will be reduced so i cant help u she told. She doesn't want to hear me.. I told her to replace with other lakme foundation but she taught something else.. I was really unhappy with ur lakme executive but i love ur products more.. Kindly tell ur executive to behave properly.. She was very rude.. I am fed up with this.. Kindly take action.. Please..

                        1 week ago i got hair smoothening treatment for my hair at lakmé salon barasat but my hair is still rough and hair fall with lot of knots in my hair. It looks like flat iron straight. I have done smoothening earlier 2 times by other salon and this is my worst experience in your store.                           I went for a haircut to lakme dadar salon. The attendant priyanka refused to provide a haircut claiming that i had lice in my hair. And it was against their policy to provide service due to hygiene concerns. I soon figured the lice blame was a false one. I confirmed this with other parlour. I have been publicly embarrassed for a false reason. I have been a customer of lakme for 3 years and this is how they treat in exchange of customer loyalty.

                            Hii,, i recieved smoothening service from lakme salon muktsar (Punjab) on 26 aug 2018 and after 3 days they gave me a hair wash but the day next to smoothening i started observing bent in my hairs that went on increasing so i informed the staff and made a visit again on 1 sep 2018 they said it was due to my spectacles and again gave me treatement,, bt again next day onwards i saw my hairs are becoming wavy, i also avoided spectacles this time and was taking as much zenith care i could bt the condition is getting worse. The same problem arose with one of my friend who recieved the same service last month. My aunt mrs amarjeet kaur is working in lakme ludhiana, instead of going ludhiana i prefrered visiting muktsar branch as it was in my home town bt the condition of hair is totally opposite to what i expected,, please provide me appropriate solution as soon as possible

                              on 4th mar 2017 we gave the material to Lakme Agent which was going to expire within 1-2 months, and he received the material and send it to Lakme Distributor Shubhkaran which is situated in Hanumangarh.
                              Now from 1.5 Years they didn't even given me old or new material.
                              and continuously making us fool that company is not giving back.
                              it was around 25000 amount which is pending at their end.
                              in this context i have given so many calls to Lakme but there customer care are not even taking this complaint.

                                I believe now that the hair stylists are amateurish. How can a brand like lakme hire such more than poor staff. I visited lakme salon, chincholi bunder road today 26th august 2018 which is today for a haircut. I have recently consulted trichologist and cannot put clutches or tie up my hair. I had long hair which was in layers and grown long. I had split ends to be cut along with damaged hair. I showed the so called stylist the pic. She was hesitant in cutting my hair short, though i told her lot number of times that she could. What she actually did was nothing but just trimming. Is money cheap or are we # that we cant make out what's happening??? She kept somewhat the length and left the front layers like before. When i had asked her if the hair style in the pic can be replicated in the length that she is insisting, she said yes. I was unable to understand once she did the hair. On coming back home, it was completely messy. I went back again. She trimmed again saying that it would be like that unless grown. So my question is when i had asked her to replicate the pic why did she say yes.. That is a fake customer commitment, now i have to wait for the hair to grow till i can get it done properly. It is messy, unruly and unmanageable to the core. I strongly hate the trimming that has been done in the name of doing a haircut. I will never step into a lakme salon and ask my friends and family also not to avail any services from the salon. It is completely #.!!! Now i will suffer due to the amateur person whom you all hire as stylist and let them handle clients. She also insisted to tie my hair. Why should i because of her mistake. Haircuts are important and it has been completely ruined by your salon person, when i have a n important function coming up soon.. Hate lakme salon!!!

                                  I had recently purchased lakme's eyebrow pencil (Black) (Rs. 70/-), but the problem was that as i started t use and when a point came to sharpen it, it seems like there was no pencil anymore inside. When bought the pencil resembled the tip of an iceberg except there is nothing underneath. I was so appalled to see this. Very much disappointed in a prestigious company such as - lakme.

                                    I was gifted an e gift card by lakme's official site. At the time of its usage, all i get to hear by some salons like sanjay place sppr sadan - they cannot redeem it.
                                    Other area that is saket mall branch tells that voucher is of quick silver therefore they are not able to work it out.
                                    Is this a way that company is using customers sentiments and monry to befool them.?

                                    But it is not properly getting applied on lips. It is very dry.

                                      I went to lakme hsr for a hair color which turned into a disaster.
                                      The stylist did not know how to do the color technique whivh i showed to them.
                                      He ruined it all and my hairs were all red n orange.
                                      After the hairwash i was literally shocked to see my hairs, then to correct it he used to much of chemicals on my hair
                                      Its been a month now that i got this service and my hairs are all runied, i have patches of different colors all over, my hairs are dry and brittle..
                                      Even now when i wash my hair i see color coming out, which should not have happened, this just proves the worst quality of products
                                      When i asked for a refund, their manager was super rude and ddnt accept the mistake.
                                      I expected some sort of standard and professionalism from the brand.
                                      But may it be service or products or customer support, its pathetic
                                      I feel i just wasted 7k bucks to ruin my hair..
