I have paid Rs.20, 000 as advance for joining the makeup artistry course at Lakme academy JALANDHAR branch. But for personal & Career reasons I cannot join & continue the course and didn't even attend classes.
NOW THE ISSUE IS THAT- I am moving away from Jalandhar to Himachal Pradesh so i cannot attend classes as i do not have any time to go for Lakme academy classes.

I have paid a very huge amount of Rs 20, 000/- and being from a middle class family this much amount means a lot! So I NEED REFUND OF MY ADVANCE FEES of Registration as soon as possible.
PAYMENT WAS DONE ONLINE!

So i requested the branch for refund of my money. They are denying and giving me reply that we do not have refund policy. I have not taken any class from them yet and i have not signed any such policy with them. Please i am hoping to get back my amount..

    I ordered a Lakme mate liquid lipstick but the product I have received has fungus. Being a regular Lakme customer this is not expected.

      I went to Malhotra store hajipur Bihar for buy a Lakme absolute skin sclupting day cream with name but sale's girl try to sale another product. So then I say I want only absolute sculpting day cream because my wife like this product then she says abuse word with me & my wife.but shopkeeper behaviour is so good he tried to Stop that girl but she kept using wrong word & own 16 years experience. Overall i purchased my product but very disappointed with her behaviour.

        I enrolled into the Lakme Academy a while back but was unable to attend, so I tried to withdraw admission and asked for a fees refund but they claim that there’s no fee refund policy (which is something they didn’t mention at the time of enrolment). They keep stalling every time I try to contact them and so far there has been no resolution to my problem.

          I got QoD treatment done from Lakme Aliganj, Lucknow branch (worth Rs 8500 + taxes) but all it gave me is super oily hair from next day of the wash. I live in Canada and was visiting my parents in Lucknow India when I got this treatment done. Weather in Canada is very dry so I thought they would get better here but its been 3 months after the treatment but my hair have not gotten any better. In addition, number of white hair have increased exponentially and no limit to the hair fall after this treatment.

          On reaching back to Lakme Aliganj with the issues I've been facing, they’d just provide some lame advices from their hair experts that do not improve the hair condition at all. To the very least, I want my money back for this treatment but they haven't yet agree to return my money and keep suggesting to speak to some hair expert or the other.

          I hope Lakme takes the responsibility of there centers and the treatment they provide. Could you please suggest the next steps in such situation and provide me the process for money back

                I am sahithi divya, yesterday on august 14th, i went for qod hair treatment to lakme saloon, vijayawada. My hair length is mid back which costs 8500/- according to lakme prices, but in the bill the guy charged for waist and below which costs 11864/- and extra cream charges for 3 times (1016*3). He said mid back length treatment cost is 13000/- and he charged extra 1 time for cream cost, but later when i saw the bill which was sent to the phone, i realised that how he lied to me. Please give me refund on hair length and extra cream charges. Waiting for the positive response.

                  I am having burns in my face everytime i use this product. I have used it in past years without any difficulty. The quality of product has significantly diminished. Its really unethical for a consumer.

                    My name is Yashasvi Lodwal. I joined lakme Academy of bhopal in Year 2018.
                    But as I m based in Indore . I switched my course from Bhopal to Indore after 8 months. I m enrolled in 1 year cosmetology course and paid 80% of the fees in bhopal center. When I wished to switch Indore academy considered my request and took the rest of the fees from me and said there will not be any problem in the certificate. But now after almost 4 years Still I m not able to get the certificate and bhopal academy already closed. I have given full fees and attended full session for my course. I m not getting any help and proper response from Indore Academy and Lakme India.

                      That they are not providing proper education and products. Their behaviour is totally unprofessional during counseling they promised us that they will provide us books (PDF), Proper Vanity, Uniform and Identity cards but They are not providing any of these, It's been more than 4 months and we still didn't get books, i cards and uniform and when i confronted them about not keeping their promises they outright denied
                      The manager Mr. Azeem Siddiqui and Miss Naina they are unprofessional with the students they don't know how to manage things in academy, all i am asking for the basic requirement of students but they always run behind the money and insist the student to pay the complete fees in downpayment and after taking the admission they forget their all the false promises.
                      As i have heard that rest of the branches are working well they are providing Books, Identity cards, Lakme Uniform and Proper products to their students
                      I have invested my time and money and if this is how Lakme Academy works why will i refer anyone who is interested in beauty and makeup courses.
                      Every student is frustrated with their behavior they are only good at making fool of students after receiving the whole amount their behavior changes
                      As i hope the main branch can solve this problem.

                        I had joined lakme academy in 2021 april for Advance Makeup course. I had completed my course in Feb 2022. Academy offered me with participate certification cos after course completion I had to get shifted to out of city sue to which I was unable to give exam but academy offered me with this alternate. But lateron when omI submitted for my particiaptiob certificate they refused to give me my certi and now its been so many months neither they are giving me clear answers to ny query nor sending my certificate. They have charged ne with 77k for this course and now there branch head don’t answer my call. Its Lakme academy Rajouri garden. I want some strict actions against this unprofessional behaviour and want all my money back.

                          I bought Lakme eyeconic kajal deep black online. The expiry date is Jan 2024. When I opened the packing I found the stick covered in white coloured growth most probably fungus. It is a grievous issue, using this faulty cosmetic can result deleterious health hazards, eyes are one of most sensitive parts of body. We buy cosmetics from reputed company such as Lakme trusting the brand, To see such quality defects is disheartening and a serious cause of concern. I hope they resolve it soon

                            I had ordered a mini lipstick set and compact powder from lakme 9 to 5 primer plus matte range in shade ivory cream but lakme had sent me an empty box of compact power with waste cardboard peice such a disappointed behaviour from lakme but when I complaint this to lakme support they just argued that they sent complete order but I dint receive complete order being a brand of India and doing such cheap things and proving the customer proper satisfactory service is not a proper or prefect brand to exist shame on you lakme for doing this kind

                              I had taken a protein treatment for my curly hair for 8k and i was informed that I'll get a freez free and 60% to 80% straight hair look till 6 months to max .
                              But i can see my hair have no effect after the protein treatment and i can see more freez and not a single change only worst experience.

                                  I’ve booked a waxing package at Lakme salon Saket nagar Indore, for one year which expired on 15 may 2022. But I did not received any call from salon for expiring the package and not received any message from company and salon that my package is expiring, which is not expectable from the big chain of salon “Lakme”.
                                  Every small and big chain always reminds for expiring the package and services before one day also but Lakme that salon never informed me by message and call.
                                  I want my money back and also compensation of bad services from your company.

                                    I took admission in lakme academy faridabad..but they refuse to give me a products for practice..and other side one of my friend also doing a course in lakme preet vihar they got all the products for practice---this is so irritating and i faced this issue since i took a admission ..kindly resolve me issue or refund my money

                                      24.12.2022. I had my hair colour, facial and threading. Hair colour was ok. But threading and facial was worst. They are fooling everybody non trained employees are working. My facial and threading done by Seema Sardak. Today only I came to know her name when again Lakme Koparkhairane called and given me some offer. Facial was costing 5 to 6 thousand. I have been for Lakme name but they are just making money. After my facial and threading my face got black marks and threading area got full black. What product they use God knows. Please do the inspection and please beware of Ms. Seema Sardak. She doesn’t have any idea of any thing. In my life I have not seen worst beautician and even in Lakme. Atleast I want my money back a sum of 15000 I spent there and my request please take the strict action to close this type of beauty parlour who they make money in cost of somebody’s face in danger.

                                        Hello Lakme! I jus want to say that ur services are excellent.recently i have got service at as Rao nagar Hyderabad .ms.Tina, hair stylist, has colored my hair and made me look beautiful .i really want to appreciate the way she had provided the services.she has excellent communication skills.she made us feel like home at the salon.she has suggested us about the care to be taken .clarified our doubts.i got really impressed by her work.i suggest u to give her any award or reward for her services becoz i have thought earlier to switch to other salon but becoz of her i have trusted the Lakme salon and i don't want to switch anymore.
                                        The issue i have is ...i have got services in jalandhar too .the services are excellent but the most irritating part is that they try to force us to get services done and suggest products and force us to buy those products.which i really didnt like.ms Tina who has suggested us about the care nowhere promoted a particular brand or simply forced us to get some service done.she explained us exactly wat we need wch is really impressive and important to satisfy a customer .i request you to look into it and make sure that the staff ll stop promoting brands and force to get unnecessary services done .thank you
