I visited Lakme salon Ajaynagar, Kolkata on 14th of May for Smoothening Treatment, after 4hours and 6300/- spending what they provided me was the same hair what I had before treatment. I revisited there and asked the reason, they surrendered by saying it was their mistake, they applied wrong strength chemical and hair was under processed, they asked me to wait for 21 days to redo the treatment, they said they will provide some protein treatment first which was suppose to prevent my hair from second treatment damage and then they will go for Smoothening Treatment. On 8th June i revisited the salon for second time treatment, there they took 5 hours of my day to redo, though they haven't done any protine treatment before applying the chemical, after the second treatment the hair was straight for only that night and again started becoming wavy, on the day of wash, i asked them are you feeling that my hair has gone through Smoothening Treatment? The girl was numb and another trainer of that salon said we will do another treatment on your hair to make perfect straight. Now after all these things, I am really not interested to waste my another 4-5 hours and also to allow my hair to damage further, they have already burnt a portion of my hair which I found today while combing near my scalp. I am really very disgusted with the brand Lakme and i promise I won't refer anyone to the salon, moreover I will definitely spread the blunder of Lakme to everyone i know. I am raising this complaint to you so that without any further discussion and any other treatment you can start my refund as soon as possible. I don't want to hear or understand any person anymore. This is my first and last communication to you guys for my whole amount refund without any delay. Enough is enough for me now!
