I purchased an eyeconic kajal of Lakmé 2 days back from a local cosmetic shop and I tried applying it on my eyes but the pencil is not at all working . When I applied it on a piece of paper it was working.

      Hi, I had undergone cysteine treatment @ Rajajinagar branch. The staff is so unprofessional that they did the same treatment twice even after which my hair remains the same very frizzy . They had confirmed that the hairs would straight after the treatment. They charged me 12K . Who is responsible for the loss happened to me. Can someone responsible please reply to this.

        Hi,

        This is Sandeep. I got hair color + smoothening+ highlighting, spent more than 10k. Staff was rude, made fun of me while consultation. Manager don’t deserve this position. Service was so bad– my grey hair start reflecting after few weeks. I called the them on phone they said- visit us we will find solution, but on visiting nothing. I always suggest my friends about lakme. But, now I don’t trust this brand.

              I did hair smoothing at your salon and got the worst results within 2 week's. No one believes that I did hair smoothing. Smoothing effect is not visible at all. I have paid 7k and got nothing. Totally waist of time and money.

                    Recently I made few orders from lakme. And some of them, I had to return the parcel, since there is no cancel option( I refused to accept it during delivery time). It's been 1 month now, amount has not been refunded yet.

                        M highly grieved to let you know that Sameer Malhotra name of a person has called me telling me your number has chosen out of 20 privileged CUSTOMERs..

                        Asking my taste and preferences over cosmetics as it being a festive seasonal month we wanted to offer products and then he got very personal and intricate information cup size..then lotions ...push up bra s..and other things he told me he provide me victoria secret lingerie to be honest i have never heard of such brands..i being confused...and he also asked me...what kind of statements i use common ...i say m being v basic girl...i dont use O ###...Oh Wow ...he also asked me what abusive language i use i told if i got v angry i tell C he specifically asked me what C i said chuitiye ..later he asked me please provide me two references to deliver the products...we already packed yours and asked mine address..he told me he took ritu kumar s details and his product going to dispatch..
                        He asking all this for makeover as my name got selected for the same...he being too confident and telling me...he talking to someone and asking to pack this and that...

                        It was morning time...i was into slumber i didnt get the chance to judge...i given two references he asked me young and stylish but later on he asked very immoral questions..with decent ladies...which put my reputation at stake...

                          I really love the compact powder sunscreen a lot and it works right as a settler to top a cream based sunscreen for oily skin such as mine but the only inconvienience that comes with the purchase is that the quantity is too less and it is hard to purchase just a single commodity online frequently. So, it'd be great if a larger sized product with greater quantity would hit the market. Thank you.

                            Hi,

                            Myself Sayantani Datta, had purchased a hair fall treatment in Lakme Salon, Pune (Seasons mall outlet). In every session they did the treatment as their will. Just apply a serum in the scalp and massage and leave for 5-10 mins after some time, shampoo. For this every session they charged Rs 1500. In sessions they don't even show what they are applying in my hair. Just to show the variation in some session they are putting hair mask and leaving for 5 mins ( in last 2 session).After drying, applying serum on the length of hair. Particularly in the last session the experience is worst. First I had taken appointment at 6 pm. After reaching I waited for 30 min. Second, the person appointed for the whole session suddenly changed just after applying the serum and the person assigned is not even trained to blowdry hair. Third, after applying serum, shampoo is done, but this time they applied the serum again in scalp after the shampoo and telling they did it in every session like this which is a complete lie. Forth, they said it will absorb to scalp but they did not follow the same in other sessions.
                            Now if this damage my hair further who will be responsible for that ? Will Lakme Salon bear the responsibility ? If my hair got damaged I'm going to lodge a complaint with consumer forum for this.

                              so i made a payment of 616 my order no is {248070} it was to be refunded within 5days annd 9 days have passes i didnt recieve my payment back

                                Hi, me n my cousin recently got qod treatment done Lakme Vikrampuri … for me this is my 3rd Time … but this time the treatment wasn’t done properly….after my first wash my hair became rough it didn’t seem like they hav done any treatment….. previously when I got qod treatment my hair was very smooth shiny and manageable…. And now also I got it done by same person and same place …. But nw there is huge difference…… they say it’s qod and with past experiences I say it’s not qod at all…. I showed them my previous pictures also… I want some senior qod expert to check my hair … or refund the amount me n my cousin have paid …thank u

                                  This is for your information that i visited Lakme Salon Circular Road Ranchi on 25.09.2021 around 11 a. m for haircut of 3 year old son . None of the staffs their were wearinv masks as opposite to your claim that lakme salons are safer than home. When i told the receptionist that none of the staffs were wearing mask and kindly tell the person giving the haircut service to wear mask they just refused to cut my sons hair giving false reasons that they dont have a trimmer and behaved very rudely.
                                  This is not expected by a brand like Lakme.

                                    I have booked an appointment for 25 Sept at Lakme Salon, seasons mall, pune for 10:30AM by connecting @ [protected].

                                    The salon has opened at 11AM and I have waited for half an hour, Instead of that they asked me to come after an hour as they have had their other customer appointment already.

                                    I have not been informed prior for any of this and providing mail screenshot for appointment confirmation.

                                    They should have internally communicated regarding this and appointment should not have been booked if other customers were inline.

                                    This is not expected from salon like Lakme as I have been highly disappointed with the service.

                                      My friends joined Lakme academy somajiguda/Hyderabad last February. As the second wave started they closed the institute from may and re-opened on the 14 of September for the foundation course kukatpally branch.

                                      When students asked about the course duration is from February to July/August, Adding one month extra for lockdown in June you have taken time to complete the course more than the given time? the answers are appropriate and also the manager is started threatening students saying if they wish to continue then you come to class when we start the classes.

                                      The fee structure for the foundation course is around 1.5 lakhs and promised to get a placement in one company as a part-time job but no placements are provided.

                                      Most of the placements are given to Advanced courses as they charging nearly 3 lakhs and when compared to the actual course structure fees with other institutions Lakme charging 50% higher.

                                      As per students concern, most of the students haven't received certificates from 2019.

                                        I was a regular coustomer of this salon... But had a very bad uncourteous behavior from the staff... If aksk any question with the service they suggested they are not willing to explain... They make fun on me... Please take this issue serious... They will spoil ur brand value. 👎🏻...
