[Resolved] Lakme — complaint about being declined service | |||
I have been decided service for threading and other nominal services for five times in a lakme salon. Despite making me wait, they later said that they cannot do the needful and that i should come back later. Repeating the same excuse every time. I really doubt if lakme would retain their customers in this fashion as me being a regular lakme customer would never opt to choose the salon again. Was this information helpful? | |||
