[Resolved]  Lakme — Lakme Bridal makeup: Extra money charged & makeup quality

Hi, I booked Lakme Bridal makeup on 8th July for the service on 3rd December 2023 from Dhanbad Lakme salon.

On the booking day, I paid the total cost 34500 and received a receipt for the same. The receipt was though not of Lakme but of Archies gift shop which is run by the same owner as Lakme.

Now on the reception day, the staff came for makeup was of worst kind in terms of their behaviour & skill set. They didn't know anything & we had to tell them everything. Also the products used by them were of very low end quality such as temptu and didn't do justice to the prices charged for the makeup.

Once the makeup was completed, they started asking for 5000 RS extra for their outdoor expenses even though I had paid the same while booking and was also mentioned on the receipt. When I declined to give the money, they started creating nuisance in my home by shouting and sitting in my home.
After that I paid them extra 6000 rs to leave my home. The manager involved in the same was Suraj Shaw & the owner of Lakme was shouting over call for the money.
