[Resolved] Lakme — Denied service though appointment was booked | |||
I have booked an appointment for 25 Sept at Lakme Salon, seasons mall, pune for 10:30AM by connecting @ [protected]. The salon has opened at 11AM and I have waited for half an hour, Instead of that they asked me to come after an hour as they have had their other customer appointment already. I have not been informed prior for any of this and providing mail screenshot for appointment confirmation. They should have internally communicated regarding this and appointment should not have been booked if other customers were inline. This is not expected from salon like Lakme as I have been highly disappointed with the service. Was this information helpful? | |||
