My name is khyati mashru (Registered mobile no [protected]), who am a customer of lakme salon ghatkopar since more than a year. Recently, my registration on the above number is upgraded to "showstopper" member and i was given certain free and discounted services, which i have been availing for last couple of weeks, including 'free destress spa', 'stress release massage' etc. Whenever i have availed these services i made an appointment booking through my app, while billing so that it is picked up by the system. Similarly i have a "20% discount on any 1 form service" and the expiry of the same is on sept 07, 2019. Hence, i went for "cysteine infusion upto mid back" yesterday and tried to book the same through the app which is when i can get the discount. However, there is some snag in the same and i am unable to book the same. Also, i have not availed any other free service in the same visit, so it is also not an issue. Because of this reason i had to make full payment of rs. 8, 000 instead of discounted rs. 6, 400/-. Today i am going for the remaining part of the service, and would like to get a solution to problem, so that either i can get refund of remaining amount or get services of that much amount.
In order to clarify the whole issue, i had a word with "urjita" on the toll free number[protected] and she has confirmed that i am eligible for such a discount. However, she said i will get a solution for this issue only on mail confirmation. Would genuinely request you to look into it and give me some solution so that i can talk to the salon today.
Also, for any further issues, i request that the salon also gets a list of services which the client is been given free/discounted because they are always clue less about it when i ask for it. Only after showing them the same on the app, do they realise the same.
