[Resolved] Lakme — lakme salon chennai - staff complaint | |||
I went to the lakme salon in chennai (Alwarpet) on 24th feb 2019 for a simple threading. I was first told to wait for 10-15 mins by front desk as all the staff was busy. I specifically asked for my person who is a north eastern as my skin is sensitive. One of the staff members ‘lakshmi’ told me that we can’t take your service as all the staff is busy till evening. She was rude as hell and indirectly told me to go somewhere else. Their staff is very averse to north indians for some reasons, which only show their regressive approach.
