[Resolved] Lakme — overcharging | |||
The lakme salon at sector 9, vashi, insisted tat i pay additionally for a service which is actually included in the services i got done. I told them that i have never been charged for the service as it is included (No other parlor, not even other lakme salons charge for it). However, the receptionist did not agree and insisted i pay. I asked her to call the main office and confirm, which she did not. She said that, i don't know about other lakme salons, but at the vashi salon, it will be charged. I complained that it is a franchise and hence a differential rate card cannot be charged. Please take it up lakme as the particular branch is diluting your brand name.
