I purchased this product from KHOOBSURAT, PHASE 10, MOHALI, PUNJAB but the product is duplicate. After applying only once, my facial skin got peeled off & patchy. I felt too much irritation & itching. Please check the authenticity of product attached & process for refund.

I just borrowed a Lakme absolute kajal two days back but it is now totally dried up. This was really not expected from such a big brand like Lakme. The shopkeeper has said that if I will register a complaint online then it will get exchanged so kindly help me with the same.
