Lakme — very poor quality Lakme 9to5 lipstick

I had purchased a 'RED LETTER' shade of Lakme 9 to 5 quite recently. The product when opened smells pungent and also does not stay for more than 15 mins. I had spent Rs 425 on the purchase. I request a replacement of the product from the company.
