I wanted to get cbc test for my mothers chemotherapy. Firstly home collection agent didnt replied to calls and msges.. Then aftr giving sample at the lab, they told report will come the same day evening.. But to utter surprise it didnt.. And wen went to lab next day they said it ll come by noon.in the end my mother s chemotherapy was postponed.. Highly disappointed. Was this information helpful? |
