[Resolved]  Lal Path Lab — Cheating the customers and Govt of India and violating law of Land of India

Lal Path Lab is doing the pathological tests for the customers on recommendations of the Medical doctor.

My mother Mrs Bimla Malhotra is aged 73 years so normally we call the attendent of Llal Path Lab at home to collect the samples viz. Blood, Urine etc Lal Path Lab charges their service charges for coming to home of the patient to collect the samples.But when they give the receipt of the money received then in words they mention only that amount which is meant for sample tests only & in figures also they mention the same amount, But in figure they just put "+" sign and then mention the service charges for home visit
Thus, they charge the customer for Lab Test Charges + Service Charges for home visit, but they give the receipt mentioning Lab test charges only in words as well as in figures but they do mention home visit charges in figure at one place only by putting "+" sign
In other words they charge more than what they give the formal receipt
And if this receipt is claimed under Medical insurance then insureance Co. considers the lab test charges only as they say that Lal Path Lab receipt doesn't show the total charges including home visit

Recent test done from Lal Path Lab, MP Mall, Maurya Enclave, Pitam Pura, Delhi-110088, thro which we were as ked to pay Rs 620/- ( including Rs 100/- for home visit charges) & we actually paid Rs 620/- but we were provided with a Cash Receipt of Rs 520/- only. Receipt No. 0686913 Dated 8th December,2012
I had visited the collection centre and requested Mr Yadav, sitting tehre, for at least 10 timnes to give me corrected receipt but he didn't agree for the same & in last he told me categorically that go wherever I want to go and complaint, he is not bothered at all

By giving incorrect receipt, it is resulting in :
1. Insurance Co. don't consider the receipt as authentic and hence lab test home service charges are not reimbursed to us
2. Service charges are subject to Service Tax under Central Excise Rules, and by not issuing proper bill/invoice/receipt of service charges of Home collection recovered by Lal Path from customer, Lal Path is indulging in illegal recovery of service charges and by not paying the service tax violating the Service Tax Rules under Central Excise.
3. Lal path lab is under stating their income by issuing receipt of an amount lesser than the amount actually received from customer and hence violating the Income Tax Act,1961 and evading the tax

Request Lal Path to :
1. correct their system immediately or face consequences of violating the law of land
2. Issue me corrected receipt, including service charges for home visit
3. Take action agst Mr Yadav, who misbehaved and then told me to do whatever I wd like to do
