I booked a test on 12th, order id was 1160979, and i cancelled because when i booked total amount was only 160 bucks after using promo code DIGITAL. On 13th morning when i checked it was 310. I cancelled that order.
Again i booked test on 13th evening for 15th July. This time total amount was 4000 after applying same promo code. Just to cross check, i opened Lal Path App in the evening, and again they added 150 rs of collection charges. Order ID :1164290. Both the time i used their promo code, and after few hours they removed the code, and added collection charges. Both the time it was from VIKAS PURI collection agency.
Shame on you people that during this tough time you are asking for collection charges and that too when i am booking more than 1000 bucks of test.
Let me make this complaint on doctor panel as well.
