Dear sir,
we have send 8 no box size 36 x 26 x 26 through tikri border. HE generate LR 1200 KG. Next day we received on e phone and denied to send. he told that he will charged 3000kgs. after that he told mimimum weight charge will be 2000kgs. however same box we has been sending through all transport even you . approx 150 Kgs.
this is totally wrong
please also send calculation procedure

My lr no;[protected], lr date 07/01/2019,
after 11 days my material not reach at morbi from surat.
I was contact both office but no one given proper answer very poor service worst service given.

    I book three articles from ulhasnagar to mehsana through this transport company. I got a call from mehsana office that we have received only two articles instead of three. The executive mr ganesh in ulhasnagar branch told me that he was trying to locate the item. I called the headquarter which is located in mumbai and spoke to girish who is the general manager. He also just assured me to give him two to three days to locate the item. Then i called mr hitesh in ahmedabad and told him about my ordeal. He said that he would try to locate as there is a disturbance in the warehouse in vapi. He asked me to describe the packing and i did the same. Being a reputed transport company, there should be a proper way to handle the grievances. Lr # 22364495

      Hi,
      I am very sorry to share with you that your services are very poor yet expensive. I booked 1000 kg of material from delhi to dared, jamnagar gujarat on 21.05.2018. Gr no.10043405
      The freight was told rs.3.8/kg and you guys always ask for so many hidden charges that take the freight to rs.4.20/ kg.
      This is not acceptable, bags received was in torn condition & 20kg material was short and loss. The total value of short material is rs.3186.
      Please let me know that who is going to pay the same?? Our customer is questioning us continuously. Kindly share the solution to the same, as we do not expect this from reputed transport company like you.

      I have booke material dt 03/08/2018 to Bomabay Mineral ltd at jam Khambhali at fertilizer nagar office but they are delivered by mistake jamnagar dt 06/08/2018. We inform fertilizer office Please deliver our material to jamkhambhalia continuously last 10days but they are not giving sollution.

        Dear sir
        We have visited your aslali branch for making inquiry for giving consignment to various part to india on freight paid basis. Your staff siting in aslali branch has not given proper respond even not offer to seat us. We have asked him, if any body come to you for business discussion, his answer was "this is our style, we are discussing with the customer in standing position outside the cabin.

        We have came back and deal with another transport.

        Lalji mulji transport is a reputed organization & this type of person are spoiling your company image.

          My lr no[protected] has not been delivered. Your service provider said its stuck in vapi. Even i made contact with vapi service provider. He was irresponsible.
          Your service provider told me that i will receive my parcel within 5 days but its more than 5 days and i m yet to receive it. I request you to consider my request and take action as soon as possible.

          Material was booked from Faridabad to Valsad LR no.15011153. The material shows reached Valsad on your computer but actual consignment is not traceable. Our production is held up due the material.
          PLEASE TREAR IT AS MOST URGENT.

              Dear sir,

              We have send material to our party through your transport. And party has received damaged cargo. So, your pune office has mentioned damage cargo on lr receipt. I have asked insurance for the same but till one year your veraval office is not giving any answer. We are regular customer of your transport company. Such behaviour will damage your prestige. We have a same complain with v trans but, they solve very fast. I have a copy of lr no. And all documents has been submitted at your veraval office. Lr no. Is 37390231 dtd 10.03.15 so, 2 years pending complain. Not to give good impression.

                    lalji mulji transport co. ltd — shipment lost and many time it is changed with other material

                    Lalji mulji transport co. is fraud transport and found many time the shipment lost and office replied it is transit but after 4 month that can't be delivers and status show then delivered
