Dear Sir, We have booked a consignment on 13-06-24 from Gujarat to Guwahati Tracking No.[protected] which reached Guwahati on[protected], since then we were asking for the update regarding delivery of the same, but no response received one Mr. Vikas Kumar [protected] shared contact no. of the responsible person for delivery i.e [protected]. We called on the provide number thousand times but no response received, we still wrote on twitter still no reply. They do not have official number once their branch person transfer or left company the point of contact lost. Till today i.e.[protected] they have not taken any proactive initiative to deliver the consignment, due to which we had to bear losses in lakhs. Such a pathetic service and behavior of the company personnel. We seek apology and compensation of Rs. 100000/- from TCI XPS
