I had been working with your company for railneer since 2016 to 2018 two years from Ambala. I am already summit all the details and account Statements in Your delhi Branch Office is not clearing my payment.
I am calling many time and also visit Delhi branch office he say always wait few day I clear but now I am already waiting 5 years. I am last mail you then I complete in Court.

    To day at 11 am we received our consignment of 165 kg from
    jaipur vide your docket no.[protected] of 06/07/2024. To day it is
    15th july. You took 9 days for delivering the consignment and
    the cost of transportation works out to be rs. 13.83 per kg.
    If we have booked the consignment through any transporter
    we would have got the same earlier and at half the cost. Why we should get the consignment through you ? we are in mumbai and not in remote area. We claim refund of some amount charged by you for such a long delay in delivery

    your delivery person always insist on cash payment. He does not accept cheque

      Dear Sir, We have booked a consignment on 13-06-24 from Gujarat to Guwahati Tracking No.[protected] which reached Guwahati on[protected], since then we were asking for the update regarding delivery of the same, but no response received one Mr. Vikas Kumar [protected] shared contact no. of the responsible person for delivery i.e [protected]. We called on the provide number thousand times but no response received, we still wrote on twitter still no reply. They do not have official number once their branch person transfer or left company the point of contact lost. Till today i.e.[protected] they have not taken any proactive initiative to deliver the consignment, due to which we had to bear losses in lakhs. Such a pathetic service and behavior of the company personnel. We seek apology and compensation of Rs. 100000/- from TCI XPS

        Myself Ashwini had booked a consignment which is a furniture through tci express which had to be delivered to bangalore on 25th March but there was almost a week's delay in delivery and when I complained they deiverd to me the complete damaged product due to mishandling by the delivery executives so I would like you to further address this issue and kindly help get my refund or 30000rs for the furniture and 3540rs for the delivery which I paid.

          Door step delivery refused after delay

          My shipment is already delayed by 2 days. After multiple follow up with customer care and the area godown in charge, I am still waiting.
          Orginal date of delivery was 28/12. Today is 30th and I get the call from delivery guy saying he will not deliver to my doorstep, I have to come to get it to the ground floor.

          Customer care is also not helping

          My parcel was delivered to me on 31 October 2022 but the date of delivery mentioned in the records is 27 October 2022 and I got the message of delivery also on 27. One of the article from the parcel is missing because of which I am not able to claim my refund. My order no. is VIHAAN - DN67192382.
          I am sending the screenshots of the message and the parcel. Kindly look through the dates in both. Message was delivered on 27 and parcel was received on 31 .

            Shipment not delivered even after two days of expected delivery

            My docket number is[protected]. The shipment was to be delivered on 2/1/23 and hasn't been delivered yet (4/1/23). It's been very long since it was shipped and is taking more than usual time. I'm really suffering because of it. Kindly look into it and provide an update asap....

              Dear Team,
              I had raised one complaint on a material couriered from Choutuppal(Telangana) to Gurrumpalem(Andhrapradesh) Docket No :[protected].

              This material was couriered on 20.07.2022. And for this material you have given a courier charge of INR 2517/- (To Pay Basis) which is more than material value.
              The material weight is less than 2 Kg only. So the receiver was not willing to collect the material.

              Same complaint was raised, and Your people called us and told you will talk to the receiver and will deliver the material after revising the bill. And collected receiver's contact details.

              After one month also even after many mail follow ups you people has not taken any action. So we told to return the material back. to us & the material was sent back. Today (17.09.2022) our person went to your Vanasthalipuram branch (Telangana) to collect the material and your team is asking INR2517/- to pay for collecting the material.

              1st You have given a wrong billing to us.
              2nd You have not delivered the material.
              3rd You haven't taken any action on our complaint.
              So we asked for return of our material back, and for that You are asking Money from us???????

              Your entire reputation is in stake if You are dealing your customers like this way. We wasted 2 months trusting TCI and very much disappointed with your service.
              We need the material back on door delivery basis without any cost.

                    My family had couriered this parcel on 21st of july from Nagpur and it reached Chennai on 27th of july 2022, yet not delivered.
                    I have contacted your helpline number, manager at Redhills warehouse, Chennai,
                    got in touch with your Banglore team but did not receive any help.

                      Our Supplier had booked 6 Boxes (In 4 Packages) from TCI Ghaziabad to Chamba Himachal Pradesh. We have received only 4 boxes (2 Packages) at site. Upon enquiry at TCI Offices o[censored]na and Ghaziabad, it was found that this was a mistake at TCI Ghaziabad end. One package was found at TCI Ghaziabad office and we are told that it is dispatched to the site. Whereas, the other package is still not found and is being searched at other nearby warehouses of TCI.

                      Requesting you to look into the matter and expedite the same.

                          one docket is delivery for JORHAT serviceable location and another for GUWAHATI which is located to OUT SIDE DELIVERY (ODA)location.
