Land Marvel Properties — Cheques issued to me and cheques were not honoured

I paid an advance of Rs500, 000 in the year 2009 stating that the approval will happen in 6 months. Later it was communicated that the occupant is not vacating and it is in litigation.

Later I have been issued PDC for a value of Rs650, 000 with an agreement. All the cheques were bounced. I filed a case in the police station. The owners were called for a compromise. Rs.50, 000 is paid and balance was agreed to be paid in installments. No payment is made so far. Why the company can not be dissolved and his assets can not be sold and paid back to the customers who paid advances.
