I have booked an apartment in solar ray project by land marvel. Till date no progress. Please lodge a complaint in commissioner office that they sold the property without approvals. This will amount to cheating. I have already lodged one and now it is progressing. I have also lodged criminal complaint in the court for the cheque bounce.
