Landlord Harassment — Eviction without prior notice

I'm Supriya Rout, I'm living on rent in chandrabani dehradun, my landlord and his family is harassing me and my roommate and forcing us to evict the flat without one month prior notice and giving the reason that there was no agreement so we can force you to evict anytime we like. As well as spreading hostile rumors about us and defaming us. They lied about their identity and vocation and many important things. They are fraud and they are verbally harassing us as well as threatening us. Please reply as soon as possible.
