As I was tenant in Tower 3 B 1501 Godrej Infinity near Renuka Mata Mandir Road keshav nagar Mundhwa pune till[protected]. He was supposed to return my deposite amount 40000/-. I was trying to contact him son he harassing me in terms of returning my deposite. My all dues are clear so he needs to retur my entire amount, also there's no any damage in flat and before leaving I have cleaned the flat properly. Now Mr Tanmey Sen is giving illogical excuses of deduction, he said 15000 rupees will be deducting for painting and cleaning. In fact painting is clear there's no need of it and in pune painting charges not deductible. Kindly help me for the same. He is not receiving my broker's call Hussain.

It’s been more than one month and the landlord has not returned my security money, whenever i ask him for money he says that i’ll first check the electricity bill, and when it comes to electricity bill he’s saying the bill is ₹6000, which is next to impossible and is even not sharing the pictures of electricity bill.

I paid an advance of Rs.10, 000 to rent a flat in 7 Hilss Apartment, Kokapet, Hyderabad. However, at last moment, landlord rented out the flat to someone else without informing me. Also, didn't return the advance amount yet and is nit picking up my call or replying to emssages. Request you to kindly help.

Hemlata Ranga Reddy is not returning my security deposit amount. She has taken 42000 deposit from us .

The rent agreement was done for 11 months, i.e. from August 2019 to July 2020. After that, the rent agreement was never renewed. It was communicated by the owner that once this covid situation gets over, we will renew this and also, informally communicated that the rent will be the same for the period from July 2020 to June 2021. Now when I had vacated the flat and asked for my deposit to be refunded, he is telling me now that he will consider 10% increase in rent from July 2021 till March 2022. When I told him that it was not informed, even informally, how can he increase the rent from the past date? His answer to this was “It is common sense! I have exempted you in 2nd year and as there was no renewal of rent agreement, so I had not informed you.” I told him if you would have told me at that time, I would have either considered the increased rent or would have vacated the flat at the same time, considering the rent and flat condition. And, it was pretty clear to him and that’s the reason he intentionally didn’t ask for the incremented rent. Every month on day 1, he is getting the rent and he never came back asking that I am expecting a 10% increased rent from next month…
It is not expected from an educated person to say this idiotic thing with no logic!!!

House owner is not returning my security money and even blocked my number. He said do whatever you can .
I know nothing is gonna happen but still want someone to help me.please

We vacated the house in the month of april, now its october still the landlord hasn't paid us the deposited amount

I paid 40K as deposit to landlord when I moved in, after 2 years now I have vacated the Room ... Now he is refusing to refund the money.

When I called him he used abusive language. And said I will not refund money, Why you moved out.

We three (Nitin, Dhirendra and Sajal) were living in a rented apartment and deposited Rs. 31500/- security at the time of start living in the apartment. The landlord is a supreme court advocate so consider himself superior and denied refunding the security straight away. He also owned many properties in Delhi-NCR and definitely breach income tax. So, kindly take strict action against him and help us in recovering our security deposit.

Landlord using my electricity and water without my permission for almost 2 years.
I tried to talked to them many times but always they started yelled at me and abused me. They have ego of being landlord and they said that we are landlord it's our electricity or water it's our wish from where we have to use.
I want to send them a legal notice about the same.

My landlord is charging me extra amount for my current bills and monthly rent apart from others..during lockdown also he charged extra money while I was at my native place..when I requested him a receipt for my monthly current bills he showed me fake ones and since then he was harassing me mentally and charging extra amount

I'm Supriya Rout, I'm living on rent in chandrabani dehradun, my landlord and his family is harassing me and my roommate and forcing us to evict the flat without one month prior notice and giving the reason that there was no agreement so we can force you to evict anytime we like. As well as spreading hostile rumors about us and defaming us. They lied about their identity and vocation and many important things. As, my mother is a cancer patient and has undergone CRS surgery, and I am the only elder son in my family to take care of my mom, So, I am working in HEC INDIA LLP as a Legal Advisor for the past 1.5 years and as per her health I took her with me to get shifted here with my all-family members including my wife, my younger brother, my grandmother. So, as we got a sub-meter from our landowner for the electricity reading, at the time of ending up of this previous month of June, on 7th July 2021, my mother called him up for the conversation regarding rent and electricity payment and requested him regarding his own bill as the no. of consumption of the total units is too much. He started shouting at my mother on call and threatened her that “Mein dekhta hoon Kaise tum paise nhi dete and mera Makan khali kro and bahar niklo”, without any prior notice he asked us to vacate his house. As I mentioned above that I have my mother and grandmother with me and due to his style of scolding they got threatened and we found another house to get shifted on an early basis. Today on 11/07/2021 we are shifting to a new house, but I want to file a complaint against him for his misbehavior and I believe that he is doing theft with the electricity as well.
So, I urge you to take proper action against him and to help me to get my money back whatever he charged extra from us and apart from this due to his misbehavior and threatening, to save my family we got shifted on 11/07/2021 to another place which incurred lots of cost like transportation of my livelihood goods, etc. And the reason behind filing this complaint late is the security of my family.

Mr. Ranjith S/O Late Mr. A. Raju residing at No. 25, 6th Main, 20th Cross, N.S. Palya, BTM 2nd Stage, Bangalore - 560076 did the payment of advance deposit post 8 months leaving the rented portion.

But deducted unnecessary payments:
1. 1-month extra rent as I left before 11 months, but it was not mentioned in the agreement.
2. 1 Month extra rent in lieu of paint [which is the unnecessary deduction for a short duration of stay]
3. out of 50k paid amount is only 9k which is done just to harass me and my family as we did not stay long.

I am away from my home town, having 4 dependents (my wife, 1 school going daughter and 2 twin daughters) I have all kind of education expenditres, medical expenditures and other household expenditure. This is just an example of forced settlement of advance rent in big cities like Bangalore.

when I went to collect the advance money today[protected] at 1:30 PM, Mr. Ranjith and his mother took away the original rent agreement and denied to give it back when I said this is not the right kind of settlement and I am not accepting it. they denied to give the agreement back and paid online the amount.

Need to settle it, by claiming the unnecessary deduction and asking for the interest on the principal amount for the last 8 months.

My landlord harassing me and torture me for full money in lockdown, even I'm not in the room, but my landlord of malda, west bengal asking me the full money for the whole lockdown period.bt I'm not in her room for that period.
Please help me, he says if i don't pay the full amount he loadged a case on court.

It's been 3 months passed, the house we staying needed to repaired for some reason, paid enough advance, paying rent on time with lumpsome amt, the house owner family members are saying the landlord demanding high rent from you, previously she charges less, but we kept quiet, we spending money & fixing everything in the house including pest control we booked & cleaned the house premises as we are living with small kids but Langford harasses me & shouting so that whole area people can see, always disrespect s me talking, asking to vacate when ever she thinks like & speaking roughly to my husband, while he speaks politely or even keeps quite even though it's not his fault, old take action against her, we are very much hurted mentally .

I was staying in tulip lemon A4-1408 sec 69 gurgaon.. landlord used to take money in cash also we were staying without any agreement.. and now i have vacant the place he have taken my all money of 15 thousand

My landlord is in Germany, for agreement registration he has sent his father--in-law back in Oct 2019 and the 1 year agreement was closed as on Sep 2020, which was midst of Covid-19 situation in Bangalore. he pushed several times to increase rent, upon detailed he agreed to allow for couple of more months as in parallel to this I have taken a new home since there were lot of maintenance issues with the house(minor to major). Due to covid the house construction got delayed and we requested to extend it till March 31st 2021 and we paid proper rental for the 6 months(Oct 1st 2020 to March 31 2021). while vacating the house he sent his goons(in bangalore) and talked inappropriate about family members and even didnt leave the kids. now we are in our new home and its nearly June and he didnt return our Advance amount of 1 lakh, stating that he dont have account number though it was shared and started telling i cant send people to give your money back. We are not interested to talk to him at all. but he kept disturbing us without paying the advance back.

I am a resident as a tenant of 301, Third Floor, Bait Ul Humd Apartment, Street No. 10 Azeez Bagh Colony, Shaikpet 500008. My all bills of the rented apartment is clear before time. But every day the electricity supply of my apartment is out for 3-4 hours whereas the supply is there in the whole building, streets, and building lift. I am facing this issues from past 20-25days.I and my family members reminded the landlord multiple times but he doesn't answer the call nor give any reply to the complaint. Hi, I have recently (july 2020) shifted to new house in sector 39 gurgaon house no. 905, with rent amount of 15k and 15k deposit amount which is completely refundable. On November our landlord asked us to pay 20k as rent from jan or leave the house. My husband tried to talk to here that we will talk on this. She just cut the call. She gave us time of February to leave her house. Being from good family and don't want to involve into this we left her house and informed her. When we are asking her our deposit money.She threatened me saying her name is Nirmala Yadav do whatever you want she will not refund the amount. Still we are waiting for her to refund our amount. Owner Govindaraju is not returning the security deposit in full and has cut a hefty amount of almost 40% from the deposit. When asked where the money was spent and why was it cut from the security he refuses to give rhose details to us.

This is about landlord dadagiri in Bengaluru. Its been 5 years in Bengaluru and very bad experience with landlords.

Rental is a dirty business in Bengaluru and landlords cheat to outsiders.
I was living at 100, Maruthi Layout, near Ragam mega store, near aecs layout, kundalhalli, Bengaluru.
Landlord was Govindraj Vadivelu who made our life hell while we were living there as he was interested to throw people as quickly possible, so he can earn one month additional maintenance and deposits with new tenant and also charging additional amount for those things which you never damage in the house like tiles/floor dirty or many others charges to rob people.
Both husband and wife are violent and unsocial and start beating..
So many things to say but you can change house easily as again you need to invest so much money for new house..
Many similar landlords available in Bengaluru.. Beware of these goons..

We are getting a harrasment from our landlord to leave his property at same day ... Even we are paying every rent on time... And this is not first time it's 3rd time now he want us to leave the property my parents mom and dad are in hospital we have records ... Even his not listening to it

I want to file a legal complaint against my landlord who is resident of 1st floor, house no. 27, shree ram colony, sector 4 gurgaon 122001. We shifted to ground floor in the month of july and at the time of shifting we had made it clear to the landlady that we may be moving out in 4-5 months. Now when we have to move out, her son, daughter and husband they are threatening us and physically abusing us and asking to pay money before we leave. There has been no rent agreement and they also did not take any security deposit from us although we were okay to pay. Now they have been harrasing us and we need to make complaints against the entire family.
