Landlord Harassment — Landlord will take a huge chunk of deposit

She forces her son to give excuses and withhold as much security deposit as they can. They don't honor anything written in the agreement. He lied that he is not getting anyone to move in and took around a month's extra rent though I gave ample notice time. He also asked me to get interior and exterior painted. After some argument I accepted. Then he refused to let my painters paint and instead asked for the money. I lost around 20k in excess to him.
