Landlord Harassment — My landlord is charging me extra current bills and rent money apart from others

My landlord is charging me extra amount for my current bills and monthly rent apart from others..during lockdown also he charged extra money while I was at my native place..when I requested him a receipt for my monthly current bills he showed me fake ones and since then he was harassing me mentally and charging extra amount
