In august 2021 i was looking for a 1 bhk near my college (Ramaiah medical college ) . I found a 1 bhk to let board . I called and talk to the owner . We agree for 7100 monthly rent including water bill, electricity bill is separate and a advance deposite of 30000 . In end of october month he called me and ask if i can adjust for some days as he has to change in his house structure as he told me that his house is not according to vastu . I agree to adjust with my friends for some days . On 2nd november he called me again and said me to vacate . I said okay i will vacate on 7th of november as my month completes. I vacated his house and ask for my deposite .At that time he said that he will pay after 10 days . I called him on 17th of november than he ask me to come his home . I went there and he is not giving me my money . He has to give me 22150 rs. Instead he is giving me 17150 saying that he will keep 5000 for maintainance .I left everything fine . I stayed for 3 months .he had not given me the rent agreement . I already gave my id proof to him in august . Now when i am asking him for my money he is threatning me, abusing me, saying "lena h to lo vrna ek bhi nahi milega ...tera baap krvayega paint...jao jhan complain krna h kro ...agreement kha h tumhare pass " after that he push me out of his house .
