Dear sir

I'd like to complain about landmark insurance agents Mr Dipak Rajbhar & his team Mr Ronak & Mr Chandan
In the month of august, this team started calling me & sending multiple car insurance renewal policy schemes. Finally, I got convinved after they promised me a cashback of INR 800 in case i take policy from them which was to get credited in my account within 1 month.
however, to my disappointment & sense of being cheated, asthese people have stopped answering all calls, whats ap messages & never reply on email.
The matter feels the customer disheartened & cheated when these pne trusts a reputed brand & then employees play wrong tactics to lure customer into buying thier policy only to find that they never fulfull their promise.
