I have taken royal sundaram car insurance through you (I. E landmarkinsurance.)
While taking the policy i have been told by your representative poonam adigare
That i will be getting ‘free car serving coupon’ along with the policy but i didn’t get it. All these communications and promises are on mail.
Now poonam is not even responding to my call. Daily 2-3 times i am calling her but no respond from her end.

Please suggest the appropriate way and hope do the needful at the earliest.

    I bought an insurance from landmark insurance for my four wheeler in july 2018. I was offered a price and i have paid the same throught the online portal. One month later, i get a message saying the insurance has been cancelled because of wrong declaration of ncb which is mistake of the agent selling the insurance. I was told i would be receiving a new insurance because of the mistake. I have been trying to chase these people since then but of no use. There is no proper response. Everytime i call them, i wait atleast for 10 mins latter to be disconnected by the call centre agent.

      Their agents when u call for followup they hangup on u n block ur numbers this is the treatment u get once u cheque has been debited n inspite of me paying 15days prior to the policy it's been 2months iv not received my policy. And my agent smita thakur hangs up n blocks n cuts the calls of her customer. Shame on such employees and such companies.. Some ethics have to be taught to your employees.. Inspite of being on the wrong end thus kind of mannerless behaviour is not expected.. I am the one who is following up for my own policy with no reply from your agents name... You'll are only in a hurry to deposit the cheque 10days in advance to the policy n than forget about your duties... Shameful on u n ur.. Smita thakur kind of employees

You person told us car owner plus other passengers insured amt was 2 lakh each. When a policy rec to me he told us we rcorrecting this policy it was our mistake. Last three month completed i sent to your office not corrected by you this policy. Now they not rec application of policy request, also sohel told us on mobile we r sorry for it. I had email to parin modi sales represanttive. They all r told us it was our mistake but all r turm from commtment. Kindly req u solve problem. It was your side mistake. Pl refund me and give noc so i can take sufficient ploicy from other company.

          I have been taking insurance from you company since last 7 years. It is always very late to receive the policy. I have send many reminder to your personnel. The policy has now expired with effect from 20th may 2018. Premium is paid. I have received the policy by email but the original is not yet received.             Mr saumil patel, relationship manager of landmark insurance brokers pvt ltd, vadodara office had offered me the following things..

            Cash back of rs 2000/- on renewal of my bmw car insurance with landmark insurance brokers pvt ltd.. To be paid in 2 days of cheque clearance.
            The quotation offered to me had idv of rs 36, 23, 000... When the insurance was renewed the idv was decreased to 36, 13, 000, keeping the insurance premium same.

            Repeated requests to offer me cash back as promised is to deaf ears.

            Also the policy issued is now having decreased idv.

            I am attaching proofs of cash back promised and quotation offered to me having idv of 36, 23, 000. The new policy issued has decreased idv.

            Please look into the matter and do needful.

              This is kuber maddiwar, as i am regular policy holder of land mark since 4 years or more (Icici lombard) as of regular rules i have renewed my policy this year also in april 22nd 2018 but not yet revived any policy papers and cashless card as i am taking follow up since 4 week or more but there is no respond and i am receiving false commitment all the time that i will receive it in two days but still no respond. I am totally disappointed and please need some support in this if cant i may take legal action. Thank you.

                I get a insurance policy form bharti axa through landmark insurance and for this i paid rs 17308 on 18/10/2017. And my cover note no is 34949558. Sir due to internet problem i have paid rs 17308/- two time and i fallow up the same issue with landmark insurance form last 6 month (Your representative darshan negi and raj) i have mail my all information so many time but both person give me false information every time and they did not do any thing till date. So it is my request to refund the payment as soon possible other wise i will take the same issue with irda.

                  When i receive the policy document more than a month late that too after follow-up, it was with the wrong registration no. Instead of taking ownership, i am asked to share the rc once again. Isn't the car details with registration no., engine no. And chasis no. Etc. Already there so, why insisting to customer for the mistake of the insurance company. It is 3rd month that i am without the insurance copy.

                  This is a case of delaying and non-accountability. When the renewal is done, this means that the car details are already existing with the insurance company and in this case the proposal was sent from landmark insurance.

                  So, please send the correct policy document without any further delay.

                    I had purchased a cigna ttk health insurance policy from policy bazaar as it was a porting they had not verified all the details and everything and told me that my premium will be rs 30767 for 2 years and they made the payment first and i had made payment through credit card on emi for 12 months. After that they had asked to submit documents and after a week i has got doctors call and they asked about medical condition about me and my family member i gave them. After 2 to 3 day i got call that i have to pay loading amount of rs 2217.44 for asthma, gastro-oesophagea which i don't have so i didn't pay that and cancelled my policy and when i asked for refund they are asking for cancelled check written concern and pan card aadhar card and other documents. If i had made payment through online mode then y i had verify my self and y don't they refund my amount the mode i had made payment. They are harnessing from last 5 days

                      As per proposal cum quotation of landmark insurance pvt ltd. My car renewal policy they given idv of rs-659000. When i received policy the idv was rs-580050.00.
                      Rs-78950.00 less than their proposal cum quotation.
                      Since then 2.5 months i am in follow up with landmark insurance pvt ltd.
                      But no response.
                      Humble request please do not buy policy from them they cheats.

                          Landmark insurance brokers ltd is a fraud company. They harass customers and by making false promises they take payment from the customers on pretext of providing vehicle insurance. I have been duped by them. I was contacted by amit kumar their sales person and he by making false promises took a cheque of 22000 from me for the car insurance from reliance, however, he gave me the wrong policy documents and later said that correct policy will only be issued to me when my cheque will be cleared and kept on making false promises. Later when i refused to wait any further for my policy as my car's policy was about to expire he stopped picking my phone. When i called landmark insurance broker's customer care number they refused to help and said that nothing can be done now.
                          They are fraudsters and i warn everyone to be beware from them.
                          There website www.grouplandmark.in is also fake.

                            This is lokesh agrawal, i have asked policyboss (Landmark insurance brokers pvt. Ltd) executives for car insurance from the new india assurance, for that i have given all the documents (Rc, cheque, copy of last insurance) on 6-dec-2017. But their executive (Shivali katoch - [protected] and vikas verma - [protected] vikas. [protected]@policyboss.com) were not able to get me the policy till the end of today, and they are making false comments since last 3 days. And since yesterday they have stopped taking my all calls. As today is the last day for the insurance and i was not sure if they are working for my policy or not, i took the policy from bajaj alliance (Other insurance).

                            So i would like to request you please help me in getting my amount of rs 5134/-.

                            Also i will request you please punish such fraudster, they are simply harassing the people.

                            Please find the car details, i have attached the cheque which is being deducted. I hope it will be refunded.

Unfortunately due to a wedding and painting taking place in my house i misplaced the card, i was desperately trying to search for the same, recently i found the card only to find that the validity was expired.
                              I kindly request you to re-validate my card, so that i can utilize my funds amounting to rs.5000/- which is a substantial amount for me.

                                I applied for car insurance in your company for national insurance
                                You people did a mistake.
                                First they have to give proper quotation for the insurance policy. They quoted 11, 518 /- i gave a check for this amount on 25 th oct.2017. After 3 days i called them and then they said we will send a policy copy within 2 days to your mail id. But they didn't send and again after 3 days i only called them. After calling they said sorry sir no discount is available now and because of gst, third party insurance etc. U have to pay 2, 515 /- extra. Then i said i dont want to go with your insurance i will look up into something else but they said no sir we will send it by 4th november by 1st working hour. So thats why i believed them and paid that amount also through cheque. Then they told me that by evening we will send a policy copy to your mail id. Like that they misguided me.                                     I have purchased a car insurance policy through landmark brokers and in spite of me providing the proper details about model number and cc, and corrected in the draft, they have issued me a worng policy.

                                    I contacted supriya george and she hardly revert for the complaint and pankaj sharma (Through whom i bought this policy) said his boss are all busy and other excuses.

                                    I request to take necessary action on this landmark and blacklist, so that others wont get affected like me

                                      Your executive by name pramod dev approached me for getting my grand i10 hyundai car insurance which was due on 11th september, 2017. He sent one of his assistance to collect the cheque and i completed all the formalities well in advance as per his direction. He promised me cash back of rs1000 and same could be deducted and rest to be paid through cheque. I did the same thing. He sent me soft copy of insurance that was taken from tata aig on 15th. I have received a verification call from agent in landmark and she confirmed that verification was successful. Later when i checked my bank account was debited with cheque amount and same day the cheque was reversed to my account. The narration of the reversal mentioned as "alternation of cheque". I tried to contact pramod dev to check with him. He did not respond. I tried so many times but all my efforts were waste. I dropped him a message also but not response from him. Finally, i checked with tata ait customer care and found that policy was cancelled due to check dishonor. The cancellation was never informed me by pramod dev or tata aig. Now my policy is in expiry status.
                                      I was using my car with soft copy of the policy assuming, i will get a hardcopy soon. When i heard that policy was cancelled, i was shocked. More shocked when i just imagined that if something went wrong, when i was driving assuming that my policy is renewed, who would have been responsible for this irresponsibility. Is it what such big companies providing the customer service. I request all my financial burden due to expiry.                                         I obtained policy from landmark for my car honda city and agent gave promise for refund of cash back with amount of rs.4500/- however after completion of 2 months this not credited in our bank account.
                                        From which i taken policy agent not picked up phone on watching my number.
                                        My policy not. I am not satisfy with company and my policy no. Is itg/82341339. For this policy company agent told us that amount credited in our bank within 15 days. Toll free no. Connected by me but answer given system is slow and we cannot support you.
