Lapcare — Delay and worst For Under Warranty Product

Hi,
I purchased a lapcare laptop battery and it is under warranty.
unfortunetly my battery is damaged and i go for service center for the damage.
they continuesly delaying for my service,

THEY ARE SAYING THAT THEY HAVE NO STOCK. BUT BUT THEY SELL THE SAME PRODUCT IN ONLINE ... HOW IS IT POSSIBLE ?
THEY WON"T PROVIDE HOME SERVICE FOR REPLACING PRODUCT.
