I have purchased Lapcare mouse WL 300 dated 17.12.19 from Nehru Place Delhi. Please find attached invoice.
Since purchase, it is not working properly. Cursor is not moving properly and it hangs. I am totally dissatisfied with the product.
On[protected] I visited Inder Infocare, Janakpuri, New Delhi for replacement. But he denied giving service and asked to go to sales point to get warranty. Why company is giving 3 years warranty on product when they are not able to give service even after 1.3 years of product purchased?? I am feeling cheated and harassed with the worst customer service, warranty denial. Even my visit to Service center was horrible experience as I have to wait for 1.5 hour outside service Centre as it was closed.
Please look into this and help me in getting my mouse replaced
