[Resolved] HP / HP Notebook 4530s — Company not replacing part under Warranty | |||
I have purchased a HP laptop from Dubai on 01/08/2012 and it carries a international warranty for 1 year The Laptop got some problem on 18/12/2012 and could not start. On raising a complaint with HP ( complaint No. [protected], [protected]) the company told me that it is a Harddisk problem and you need to visit any of our Service center. On visiting Service center the But then the company declined to service the Laptop questioning the Invoice provided by Dubai dealer. Please hlp me as the company is not replacing the faulty part under warranty and the have taken no initiative in speaking to their authorised dealer in Dubai.
