hello,
i have purchased a hp laptop, model name:- pavillion g6 2136tx, on 07/09/2012, within 15 days of its use there was a problem of hard disk. i took help of hp service center and submitted my laptop to them. With a delay of one week they repaired my laptop and the hard disk got replaced. But now I'm facing audio problem, the sound quality is very poor and also poor battery back up( which is hardly 2:30hrs, which is less from the standard back up promised to me). and also the CAPS button is also not working properly. i am just fed up of new problems every few days, causing great trouble to me. Cannot tolerate this any more. Take a note of my issue and help me with a DOA Certificate as soon as possible so that i can get my laptop replaced with a new one.
