I logged a complain on 26-MARCH-2103 with a complain number[protected] foor my Hp-envy ultrabook in response to that my laptop top cover was changed, but after opening the laptop by the service center engineer the laptop got damaged and is fixed in very bad condition now it has been more than 2 months but the damaged things are as it is and there is no hope for the laptop to get repaired.
As said by the Branch Manager of surat service center Mr. Sailesh
I don’t have my laptop from last 2 month because it is with service center personnel
Recently before one month laptop hard disk got crashed and is not in working condition for whic i logged another complain NO: [protected]. but there is no response from hp team.
Still i have have warranty of 16 months with adp.
The major problem is that, the service center personal are not able to repair the laptop and they have confirmed me that laptop have manufacturing defect and cannot be repaired in such case I want replacement of my laptop or i want hp to refund my money. Was this information helpful? |
