i purchased lenovo laptop B560 SL-WB05408972 on 16/07/12 at VISHAL PERIPHARALS HYDERABAD.I faced many problems with the laptop since i purchased it and the service is not good and im totally not satisfied with the service and product.
First problem i faced is booting problem..the laptop doesnt shutdown properly and i have to forcley shutdown it by pressing the power button.i regestered the complaint and the service center (HITECH INFORMATICS pvt.ltd HYDERABAD) replaced hard disk on 08/10/12 telling me that its a hard disk problem and the case id for this is [protected] which took nearly 10 days.
The second problem i faced is much more worse than the first.the system gets hang and the mouse doesnt move ,then which i have to forcely shutdown the system and restart it .again i registered the complaint and the case id is [protected] and this time i was told that it is a mother board problem and the service center replaced the mother board on 8/11/12.after this i faced a new problem.this time iam facing lan port problem.the lan port is not working and i cannot access to the internet.and the touch pad scrolling is also not working .
and now they are saying that it is a processor problem and my laptop is still with the service center.can u suggest me a solution to my problem.
