Mercy Electronics — Sales person's behaviour | |||
I have purchased a laptop skin in Mercy Electronics Anna Nagar,Chennai. They have given wrong size, even they have not given bill too, they use only small papers as bills. When i went to change the product they refused to change rather the sales person behaved like rouge and local rowdy. Te owner of a shop should read this and try to appoint a educated people for job. You are running a computer and electronic shop not a butcher shop. Teach them how to behave with the customers. Mercy Electronics — Not working products
Dont buy any goods in mercy electronics in chennai. i bought a computer accessories two days back. it is not working. when i went back to the shop the sales man refuced to change the product blindly. They told me to contact their service person and the product company directly. even if you buy a product for high value and it is not working you won't return or change the product. you have to buy that fualty product and go derictly to the warranty shop.
