Mercy Electronics — Unethical behavior

Sir,

I bought Maxine step down 500W (Rs.1764) and MX 745 A Converter at Mercy electronics at West Tambaram branch, No.3/3, Rajaji Road on 11/11/2016. I wanted to exchange both the items because both are faulted, not functioning.
I went to Tambaram branch on 18/11/2016 and asked for return or exchange. The cashier and salesman refused to accept it and after few minutes conversation Cashier slapped/pushed me on road in front of other customer and public.
This incident made me frustrated, please take severe action against Cashier & sales man and save public from rowdies. Later I understand from my friends, the shop runs by rowdies.
I am requesting Tamilnadu Police to arrest Cashier of West Tambaram branch and safeguard common man from rowdies.
