[Resolved]  Larsen & Toubro Infotech [L&t] — Unresponsive when asked to do the attestation for PF online transfer

I used to work for this organization until April 2020. Now I want my PF to be transferred to my current organization's PF account.

I've completed the online PF claim process. Also submitted the signed form13 pdf to them via email: to the below recipient

there is literally no way of reaching these guys now.

I've been constantly dropping an email for ANY update. yet is no response.

SSC helpdesk call center is on holiday since very long time.
There is just one helpline number.

If I call the office phone number. They won't answer no matter how many times you call them.

If you're lucky they will answer and just say 'hello' that's it.
