bought Iava Iris 250 on 09/01/2015, but i faced 3 times power key not working problem then unfortunately i got an replacement of LAVA iris 405+ but now this new mobile has a charging socket problem then i submit my mobile to nearest service centre on dated-04/05/2015, but still they cant able to resolve the problem, the foolish service,

i request you to plz do the need full.I hope lava authorities will answered to my mail properly.
