I bought lava iris 412 mobile, when the time of buying seller said, phone having 512 mb of internal storage for apps or rom but after buying it was only 100mb, same thing i asked to the person who sold phone to me but he said i dont know. So that is why i am complaining you about this, the phone is unable to install even one app like whatss app, amazon, so pls feel as your responsible and solve this problem

When the phone is charged and is used continually one &two hours, then it heated and also rise temperature above 60 degree celcius, and also warn me over temperature, it is sut down automatically in 15second. Many times it is heated in half an hour. I also send to lava care after one and two month. Then it is solved for a 14 - 15 days, after then same problem create. It is hanging problems

I had purchased lava 4g connect m1 mobile from homeshop18 on 2nd june and got the delivery of same on 5th june. However, on receiving the mobile, i found it to be defective. At times the hd symbol goes away and hence i cannot make calls from jio sim. Also there is no option available to delete the stored fast dialling mobile nos. To delete the same, phone needs to be formatted.
As per the return policy of homeshop 18, a damaged or defective mobile can be returned in 2 days of delivery. I contacted them inside two days, yet they are asking me to contact lava customer care. I brought them notice of their return policy, but they are adamant and as yet have not taken back the mobile. They are telling me that lava customer care personnel will contact me, but as of 26th june no one has contacted me.

As i want to tell you that the this invalid imei - simcard showing for more than 2 months and if i keep my simcard on other phone it works properly but in my phone only internet connection works it shows me emergency calls only no incoming and outgoing calls or messages is coming. On other website it shows the solution of invalid imei that download this application and put your imei number and reboot your device i have tried this many times but still it is not showing me the signal of any network what can i do now. So please give me the solution of this problem now it's emergency so please show me the solution now

It's camera is not working. And along with it's internal memory is not full but showing that it's full. Please do solve this problem.
And sometimes it's android systems doesn't work properly. And also it's battery backup is very low.
P00r signal on any network and front camera clarity is als0 poor. Android process is not working properly.in many situations any body can find easily signal missing. Lava iris x5 truely said to be a failure android smartphone. So i suggest to lava group please clear all above mentioned problems which we are truely facing.

After using 1 year there's problem occurred...
- worst bettery. 3 bettery changed in two years
- after using 1 year front camera pics showing lots of black dots
- calling issue in some contacts cant hear voice.. Need to loudspeaker on/off several time

Have been facing multiple problems with this product since the time of purchase.

1) Completely hazy screen. Unable to even switch off. Completely unresponsive till battery drains.
2) No network. The same sim provides/reflects full network in another device of different company.
3) Touch screen dead/unresponsive.

The hazy screen and no network is a recurrent problem. Hazy screen 4-5 times & not network 2 times till date.

The device has been take to The Mobile Store from where it was purchased in September last year. They say that the product cannot be replaced only repaired.

Even after repair, the same problem persists. In fact, new issues arise.

As I type this complaint, the product is with the service centre for the touch screen issue.

I expect a replacement for this extremely faulty irreparable device which has caused a lot of inconvenience.

Hi. I owe a phone Lava x81 and since today, from almost 3 hours early, phone is heating to the extreme. It is making me feel that this phone may blast anytime!
This is happening from 10/05/2017 since 2 AM. Phone is about to get blast and that is why I have kept it off! Due to heating, screen also has shattered!

I want the phone to be replaced entirely as it has only been 3 months that I have bought the phone! I need a replacement of the phone,

I am given my mobile service regarding hanging and not charging. If there anyother major problem should say to me and do the service so that we have also said that without my knowlege should not service. But without telling us he serviced my mobile and said ringer wont work in the phone. What problem we said that is not solved, instead os that he made another problem.

Unable to hear voice also. We are not able to use this mobile. So please replace this mobile. We never face this issue earlier from flifkart. We requesting to replace this mobile.

My lava flair z1 suddenly stop charging and from last 6 months my phone is laging and runing slow .sometime it stop between booting so please replace my handset with new another handset as fast as possible. I have facing many type of problem after purchasing this mobile.
1) auto heat mobile
2) press auto back button
3) after 3-4 hour battery fully discharge.
4) hang many time.

I am G V Srinivas Rao i had purchased one mobile phone on 24th Apr 2016 in Sangeetha Mobiles.It was problem on last one week onward i.e. 19th Apr 2017.I went to sangeetha mobile on 22nd Apr 2017 at 6.30pm in Rajahmundry. In that one person is spoke to me you are go to Service Centre S Mobiles on 24 th Apr 2017 on Monday because tomorrow is holiday.
I went to service center to S mobile on Monday morning but they are told to me you are warranty date is expire on 23rd Apr 2017 but they were not able for solving this type of problems and only then solve this type problems. This mobile is in warranty period but they want money what i will do.

The xolo mobile (Lava mobile) company is too much cheater. Lava makes fool there customers.
They provide very very cheap quality of mobile products.
And also they don't provide better service.
My mobile xolo era x just got damage in only 10 days. I submit my phone in service center they returned my phone after 1 month when i forced too much. And also change its original motherboard.
Now when i visited to service center they told me that your warranty is expired.
And my phone have many issue. When i contact to xolo customer support they told me plz provide work order no. But service center doesn't provide any work order no. It charger pin jack has damaged upto 10 times. When i repairs the jack from service center it's again damaged in 10 to 15 days. I never sujest anybody to buy lava products if you buy you will also face many problem like me

M.K communication store in basistha chariali, Guwahati. I have bought lava phone from this store where their is free jio sim included with the package. It's been three weeks but the sim was not yet activated so today when I went to store and asked what's is wrong. That the sim hasn't been activated till now.they told me that it wasn't their responsibility and asked me to call up lava.

On 28/1/17 i have submitted my lava ivory m4 tab to resolve display and charging issues at ss servive point, sri laxmi padmavath complex, near indian gas office, opp old two town, panagal road, ramgiri, nalgonda, telangana. I have paid amount of rs3800/- at the time of submission.

At first they have fitted new display set in about 2 months time. Reasons cited for delay is non availability of stock at first, then got the set from the company which is damaged. So they had to place the order again and get the right display set. By the time display issue is resolved, it took about 2 months.

Then the issue with charging point. New charging point was ordered along with display set which they said isn't fitting right. Took about two weeks to figure out may be there is problem with battery and has ordered for battery from the company. And ofcourse it isn't in stock. Till today 20/4/2017 that's almost 3 months later, my tab is still with lava care center.

I am not even sure whether the issue gonna be resolved with my tab. Can they do it?? If not return me with a working new tab as soon as possible. How can they wait for almost 3 months without closing the service call??!!! Every time the service center comes up with some issues for delay and they themselves are not sure that they can repair the unit. Then why to drag it for so long. Check out other options of replacement and better return my money for my tab back so that i can buy a non lava product.

M using lava x10 which runs on android 5.1. i was given assured o[censored]pgrating to android 6 where as i havent recieved any updates from the past 2 years of purchased and when i asked for the solution you always suggested me to go to service center for which i have to travel morethan 200km. i was also given assured o[censored]pgrating from LTE to VoLte as well.
longing to get solution from you not from service center.

The product has been purchased on 11/04/2017 from NU-YORK Teleworld at kolkata-700001 and on same day i could find following problems:
1) Two white dots on bottom of screen that disappeared on 12/04/2017.
2) The phone hangs a lot, even simple calling is diffcult and there is problem in keypad it is very tight which makes it difficult to type, call, going back, accessing menu.
3) There was dent in the battery and there is even crack in charger. Battery is very much tight or say incompatible with phone as it is too much difficult to remove the battery.
4) The phone was sold saying it is a 4G handset but it doesnot support 4G actually, it supports only 2G. The seller even told me it has Wifi but it actually doesnt have it.
5) Sometimes it is difficult to hear voice of person on phone even though network shows full. May be call drop issue or speaker problem.

Even the 24 hours have not elapsed of purchasing the phone I have gone to shop and they sent me to the service center- Sushila Infotel at C.I.T Road scheme Kolkata -700 014. They have kept me waiting for 4 hours after which they have told me to come on 13/04/2017.
I just told them to raise the replacement request but they didn, t listen and kept me waiting. Is it the only our job to purchase the phone and just next day run through service center.

On 13th April LAVA Care called me and said for battery dent and broken charger I should have verified before purchasing from retailer and I may clarify here it's the most unprofessional reply given by LAVA. Customer is not allowed to verify mobile, charger or battery before purchase of mobile (its common sense the mobile is seal packed). Shopkeeper has opened the seal in front of me only after I have purchased the mobile after seeing demo mobile. And once I have noticed the default I immediately contacted retailer which showed me the way to service center.

Secondly, LAVA people on 13 th April (after deposit of mobile in service center), tells me that phone supports only Reliance JIO 4G and I should have verified LAVA website before purchasing mobile (as 4G is not working). I may clarify that before purchase of mobile it's not possible to verify its feature on company's website before purchase. Further I have read on Mobile box before purchase and its clearly written LAVA 4G Connect M1 VoLTE Calling, but its nowhere written its supports only Reliance JIO 4G and doesn't support 4G of other service provider. I have even checked LAVA website and it says "Connect M14G India's first 4G-enabled feature phone
MRP Rs 3599". Nowhere it is mentioned that it doesn't support 4G of other networks Like Vodafone, Airtel or it supports only Reliance JIO 4G.
Even when I have given it to service centre on 12th April 2017 they themselves didn't knew that it supports only Reliance JIO 4G. They experimented and made me wait for five hours and then they told me to come on 13th April and now they have concluded that it will support only reliance JIO 4G and mobile is ready. I think its a kind of cheat to sell the mobile with features that it doesn't have or support.
Our time is valuable and we feel pain when we purchase mobile and within 24 hours we have to run to service centre. At least there should be attempt to refund if complain is received within 24 hours. I have gone for replacement but they denied. Now, I would require both refund and compensation for loss of time and peace of mind.
Seller or mobile company shouldn't cheat on customers by fooling them and explaining them with features that mobile don't support. I think it's a brand difference. Product like samsung, Nokia and Motorola are good at service providing.
