I am using your lava company mobile Iris x1 grand. I have want a back side original cover in my mobile, i have try your any lava store but they say this back side cover not available in our company, so i have facing many problem, some time battery is fall down because all lock are broken in my backside cover,
so please give me a solution how can i use this phone, and how can i trust in your company, when we purchase a new mobile in feture.
