Lava Mobiles — Battery of Lava iris win 1 not available in service centers

I bought Lava iris win 1 which is an awesome mobile about which company may not be aware of. no lag during 2years use. But all of the sudden battery dead recently. Request logged but Service center don't have battery and company too could not provide battery. If accessories not available then what's the use of such mobile. Why lava iris win 1 models are still being sold online. Is my lava iris win 1 mobile by lava a scrap now???? If so than I am never going to buy any lava products again and encouraging others to go for this brand was a BIGGEST MISTAKE . I will never suggest any one buying Lava products .
