[Resolved]  Lava Mobiles — Defective product sold by lava & denied for replacement

I have purchase mobile on 25.12.15 cdma + gsm set, which is giving problem from first day because there are manufacturing defect in this handset. Signals not coming at all in this handset for cdma or gsm. phone not taking charging. I have complaint on customer care they are not taking any action. Service center is only ready to repair but not for replacement. If I have paid full amount for a set then why i accept a defected product. its company fault that they have sale there product witout testing & for this mistake customer has to suffer, Why Thanx with Reg. Dear Lava Digital Team,

Before posting my complaint here I have first of call complaint on your customer care but I have not get any satisfactory answer because you have made customer care for information only, they are not taking complaints. when I have strictly told him to esclate my complaint or request only than they have arranged a call to me.

But, if fault in on your side or your company has not mention clearly there policy on the box for replacement that is not my fault because before purchasing i will not study your website for the policy because I have purchased hand set on good faith.

Your company make big posters for advertising in the shop or other places, so its your company duty that they will make one poster for replacement policy or warranty in big letter & that should be post every where from where you are selling your product so that customer be aware about your policy otherwise you have to give instructions to the shopkeeper that they will told about the customer.

Shop keeper know about this policy but they not told even after asking the customer because before purchasing I have asked that thing from shopkeeper & he has not told me about that. When I have visited on your service center & they have told me about this policy I have again visited to that shopkeeper & they have accepted that they know about this policy but they have not told me. When I have asked me why they have simply told me we have not told you because we are not telling to any person about that this is not there duty.

Why your company has given a distributorship or product to sale a irresponsible shopkeeper who don't know his responsibility.

All in that there is no fault of my all the fault of your & your shopkeeper because you have not given clear instruction to the shopkeeper & you have also not mentiong complete waranty policy on your box.

So, I need replacement of my product, I will not Repair this set. I will not use a co. defaulty set on full cost which I have paid for a brand new handset in working condition.

Everywhere Lava Mobiles face the same problem, they take the phone in the name of repairing it but they don.t do in my case they took my mobile kept with them for 11 days without repair, and raised an invoice for 450/- and when i spoke to their lava care one mr Sagar he spoke to the service center and said that my pcb was damaged.

point no. 1 if the PCB was damaged is it not the responsibility of the service center to check and inform me instead of keeping themselves dumb on the issue.

point no. 2 if the pcb was damaged why should my mobile works only problem with speaker and microphone.

Point no 3. how will the comman man knows it is pcb problem or other problem he can just understand with the problem he is facing.

point no 4 i gave to a local repair center just below the lava service center and he checked and said the problem is only with speaker and repaired it for just Rs. 150/- in just 15 minutes.

point no. 5 now my question is who is more knowledgeable person who kept the mobile without repairing for 10 days or who analyzed the phones problem and repaired in just 15 minutes

WORST IS THE KIND OF LAVA SERVICE CENTERE AND LAVA CUSTOMER CARE IN HANDLING
