My lava iris X8 has been exchanged with some other phone ...its been one week since I have given my phone in nearby Lava care which is in the city, Dasuya ... My phone's IMEI numbers are

The head of the dasuya lava care centre is not responding to any of my calls.
Kindly, help me out or otherwise i am going to forward the case to police.

    I am suresh kumar from tuticorin, tamilnadu.
    i had a problem in my lava iris 405.my mobile's wifi and blutooth not working properly.
    i give the mobile to lava care in tuticorin as on past week.
    and the service enginner not solve my mobile problem also he break my lava touchscreen.
    then he repaired my mobile tochscreen.
    but he got my money rs 1265.

    now i want to know what is the exact prize for touch scrren.
    and pls give me my money refund.

      My phone was damaged during my work, by chance its board has been damaged and when Iwent to the lava service centre, they have just updated the software which was useless and Then they said the battery has been damaged, then afterwards said that its board has to be replaced which is gping to cosr 2600Rs . but my phone is still is in warranty period then qhy ther are asking a too high cost and at4000 a new phone is coming.

            I bought a lava mobile model no.Iris X8 on 16.07.15 from a retail outlet along with one year warranty card. after one week mobile not working properly and submit a service request to customer care center, he take the mobile to service but till not take care to resolve the issue. so i have problem from last 3 month not responded. I spoke to many person in the company to be resolve the issue. at the same time i so lot of wasting my time as well money.

                Hello Lava Care,

                Good Day!!

                I feel very bad regarding this issue. As per your conversation you informed me that your mobile phone was ready and I got the hand phone yesterday, i.e. 20 Jan 2016 in your service center.

                After getting the hand phone on service center the phone was working well for some hours, then after same problem will come "Over Battery Temperature" please remove the battery the same error message will come again.

                May I know the reason for this error message, I submit the hand phone on 4 Jan 2016 in Chennai service center and received the hand phone on 20 Jan 2016 yesterday. More than 16 days my hand phone on in service center only. But the problem was not solved so far.

                Kindly let me know what is the exact solution for this problem. As I am contacting you regularly past 2 months regarding the hand phone issues. Hope you also know that.

                Here I attached the screenshot of the error message has passed on the hand phone, kindly check the attachment and provide me exact solution in this regarding.

                    I gave my Lava Iris X5 mobile for repair stating that it has problem regarding speaker and microphone on 28/12/2015 at S V communications Kukatpally, sai vikram towers they told me that it will be repaired within in 4 days. But when I went on 10th they said that it was not repaired yet as they did not get parts. I took back the phone for their lazy and negligence in their work. As my brother is leaving and it is urgent to get the phone repaired. I immediately called the so called Lava Customer Care center [protected] and spoke to Sagar. This person asked he will speak the service centre and i gave my phone them them, this S V communications started changing their colors saying that the pcb was also damaged, if at all the pcb was damaged the service centre has to tell me the actual problem not like they keep the phone with them and say what ever they like. After hearing their words Mr. Sagar also started chaging his colors stating that my pcb was damaged. I gave my mobile repair to a local mobile shop just below LAva service center and he repaired for just Rs.150/- changing the speaker and everything is quite good and perfectly working. By this it is clearly understabdable that how worst your customer care and service center is. Moral of the incident "Never buy Lava mobiles or their sister concerned mobiles" worst in service centres and customer care people. Balaji [protected]

                      I have purchase mobile on 25.12.15 cdma + gsm set, which is giving problem from first day because there are manufacturing defect in this handset. Signals not coming at all in this handset for cdma or gsm. phone not taking charging. I have complaint on customer care they are not taking any action. Service center is only ready to repair but not for replacement. If I have paid full amount for a set then why i accept a defected product. its company fault that they have sale there product witout testing & for this mistake customer has to suffer, Why Thanx with Reg.                       Before posting my complaint here I have first of call complaint on your customer care but I have not get any satisfactory answer because you have made customer care for information only, they are not taking complaints. when I have strictly told him to esclate my complaint or request only than they have arranged a call to me.

                      But, if fault in on your side or your company has not mention clearly there policy on the box for replacement that is not my fault because before purchasing i will not study your website for the policy because I have purchased hand set on good faith.

                      Your company make big posters for advertising in the shop or other places, so its your company duty that they will make one poster for replacement policy or warranty in big letter & that should be post every where from where you are selling your product so that customer be aware about your policy otherwise you have to give instructions to the shopkeeper that they will told about the customer.

                      Shop keeper know about this policy but they not told even after asking the customer because before purchasing I have asked that thing from shopkeeper & he has not told me about that. When I have visited on your service center & they have told me about this policy I have again visited to that shopkeeper & they have accepted that they know about this policy but they have not told me. When I have asked me why they have simply told me we have not told you because we are not telling to any person about that this is not there duty.

                      Why your company has given a distributorship or product to sale a irresponsible shopkeeper who don't know his responsibility.

                      All in that there is no fault of my all the fault of your & your shopkeeper because you have not given clear instruction to the shopkeeper & you have also not mentiong complete waranty policy on your box.

                      So, I need replacement of my product, I will not Repair this set. I will not use a co. defaulty set on full cost which I have paid for a brand new handset in working condition.

                      Everywhere Lava Mobiles face the same problem, they take the phone in the name of repairing it but they don.t do in my case they took my mobile kept with them for 11 days without repair, and raised an invoice for 450/- and when i spoke to their lava care one mr Sagar he spoke to the service center and said that my pcb was damaged.

                      point no. 1 if the PCB was damaged is it not the responsibility of the service center to check and inform me instead of keeping themselves dumb on the issue.

                      point no. 2 if the pcb was damaged why should my mobile works only problem with speaker and microphone.

                      Point no 3. how will the comman man knows it is pcb problem or other problem he can just understand with the problem he is facing.

                      point no 4 i gave to a local repair center just below the lava service center and he checked and said the problem is only with speaker and repaired it for just Rs. 150/- in just 15 minutes.

                      point no. 5 now my question is who is more knowledgeable person who kept the mobile without repairing for 10 days or who analyzed the phones problem and repaired in just 15 minutes

                      WORST IS THE KIND OF LAVA SERVICE CENTERE AND LAVA CUSTOMER CARE IN HANDLING

                              Lava Team, Except for your copy paste message, i have not received any proper response from you. mailed to lavacare on 30.12.2015 no reply yet 1. I really wonder how insensitive are you to your customer. There is no proper revert from your side. There was a call from your customer care number, all he said was that my mobile is under repair and that i will be getting my mobile only on 14.01.15. When questioned what was the problem, he said he doesn't know what the problem is and that he was asked to convey only this much. Mobile bought Date : 02.12.15 Given for service : 17.12.15 1st Expected delivery : 14.01.2016 2nd expected delivery : 19.01.2016 Kindly justify why should a customer with 15 day old mobile wait for almost one month for delivery? Why am i not being told what is the exact problem? Why am i not getting a detailed mail revert? your customer care is pathetic, except for expected delivery date they cannot give 1% information regarding the status of the mobile.                                 1.I had purchased LAVA mobile set EG841 ON 10.08.2015 with good faith. 2. When I used mobile set within a month it start getting problem & all of sudden Slot-1 sim working, & phone went to auto mode. 3.Service Centre people told I intentionally did the same & they didn't listen any of my request. 4. I sent mail through registered mail id (Md.[protected]@gmail.com) twice & thrice but no response received from Lava mobile team. 5.I paid of Rs 250/- & repaired the same with huge follow up with customer care & service centre people. 6.On Nov-2015 the same set again showing same problem, getting hit & its LCD had broken automatically without knowledge but the upper glass still ok. 7.With the guidance of Lava team I again submitted on 3.012.2015 said phone in service centre after facing huge difficulties. 8.I contacted many times to Lava team via mail & phone call but not received proper response from them. 9.All of sudden I received call after 12 Dec 2015 the Lava executive told your phone ready in said centre, I asked him to this phone is manufacture defect then change my set but he simply putting litigation on me I intentionally broke the same & they couldn’t do anything. 10. On 23 Dec2015 I visited, after standing 2Hrs in que service centre people told phone not ready. 11. I again visited on 5.01.2015 they hand over my phone without checked, I requested them please checked my hand set before deliver, in rude attitude they told every thing is ok & asked me to checked the same inn home. 12. When I started my phone I saw my hand set is not in proper condition all back side screws not fix, sim 2 not working, phone again getting very hit. Now it seems Lava mobile clearly cheated with me, Selling me manufacturing defective product even they unable to provide services to customers which they claim. Hence it’s great loss for me in terms of money, time, value of work .I facing huge mental agony only for Lava team for selling me manufacturing defective product.                                 I have written so many time to said mail address but no response has been received from your end. One day your execitive called me, asked me and puting blame on me " the said handnset has intentionally broken by me". They would not laible to take my request for any change my set. I have to pay making chage & i did the the same. Your manufacturing defect mobile I paid & collect the phone from service centre.
                                I requested them to checked my hand set but they misbehave with me & told all are checked.
                                Due to emergency of my work I received the said set without checked by your service people. When I start to use I ashtonished to saw that all the back panel screws not fixed, slot 2 not working & phone again going to auto mode. I faced huge loss in my work even my job is in stake, I am so much in mental pressure only because due to solde me defective product as well as services. I going to deep mental agony & Lava Team have to pay for it sum of Rs 50, 000 /- Please soleve my problem as soon as possible or confrim me to where I escalate the same.
                                Till yet I believe in my Indian product, Law & order system.Still I am having a faith my grievances & complain will not be ignored by you.

[protected] told me they would arranged to refund my hand set cost including my repaired cost .They provided me Transactions Id No.[protected] & guided me transfer of money through my SBI ATM card. I called them on next date but I had not received any new transaction ID .                                 Back button malfunction inspite of repeated servive centre visits of a new phone

                                Numerous visits to service centre n complaint same. Phone back button keeps activated anytime n breaks calls or browsing. Someone from company LIVE UP TO RELIABILITY N NOT LETTING DOWN that u advertise.
                                Sorry i feel let down by lava phones. Plz restore my confidence i[censored] want to be recommended ever ...

                                  Hlo, I purchased lava iris 250 on 15/04/2015. from a dealer at kurukshetra(haryana).imei no(1)-- [protected], imei no(2)--- [protected]. It stated trobling after few months later. its on off button can not able to work properly. I went in lava local care(on dated 02/06/2015) at kurukshetra. from there i get responce that we will check it out its problem, and you can contact in evening, I went in evening again that i got reply that phone will send in headoffice chennai, it will take minimum 15 days to repair. Today(06/01/2016). i called in lava care([protected]), i got reply that your phone status showing ready, you can contact in local care. i contacted in local care they replyied till now we have not sent your phone at chennai, we just checking it down here in local office, they again give me minimum 15 days time to repair. please look into matter and responce me as soon as you can, because i have great need of my phone now. my contact id is [protected]@gmail.com. my contact no is [protected]

                                    I have purchased a CDMS/GSM LAVA- EG932, IMEI no.A1000036B52074 from M/s KRISH TELECOM mobile shop vide their CASH MEMO no.67 dt.21.09.2015 After transferring the details from my old Reliance CDMA to the New Lenovo phone and on calling from the phone i was often complained from the people whom i called that they were unable to hear my voice or was barely audabile.Also i was loosing network more frequently which is a rare case in CDMA phones. I approached the shop from where i had bought the phone on 24.09.2015 and they asked me to complain at the Lava Service Centre as it was not their problem. I approached the Service centre on 25.9.2015 and they said that i would have to leave the phone with them for at least 5days.As i had to travel to delhi in 2days i could not give the phone immeditely as i would be left without a phone and the service centre refused to give me a standby phone when i mentioned my problem to them.As I had no choice I thought that i might as well check the phone on roaming; incase it got better. However I faced the same problems while travelling and while i was in Delhi.On returning I approached the service centre (M/s Global Mobile Centre) on 10.10.2015 and left the phone with them against work order No.[protected].They said that there were few problems and it would take them a week to rectify the same or else they would replace my phone with a new one. I went to get the phone on 17.10.2015 and they said that they had rectified the faults. After a day of calling i now faced a new problem as the phone was not charging and was often getting off by itself.Again i had to go to the service centre.After waiting for 1 hour at the service centre for my phone to be rectified they said that they had given me a new charger and had rebooted my phone.As i was not asked to take a back up the entire phonebook memory of mine got erased in this process for which the service centre personnel merely said that i should have known and taken a backup. My frustration had not ended as the problems surfaced once again after 2days.I have approached the service centre twice after that.Every time they open the phone and do something for a few minutes and return the phone saying that they have checked the fault.I have also preyed for a replacement as i have spent a large amount on buying this phone and it has only been 3 months and I am having to face regular problems and i cannot just throw this phone away.I have even mentioned that i can pay another Rupees One thousand or so if they can atleast provide me with a good quality smartphone against the same.However all my request seems to falling in deaf ears. Currently whenever i make a call there is disturbance heard by either me or the person i have called which you can understand is extremely irritating.There is also constant problem of loosing network and flickering of the screen.To add to all the voice complaint has started to resurface. It has been nearly 3 months and am having to suffer enormously.Being a Single mother it is a big embarassement as well as next to impossible to keep approaching the service centre every second day and waiting for long hours. I often wonder that i may be decived by the phone in case of need at some important juncture.Is it because I am a women that i cannot be heard.

                                        I Bought a mobile of lava iris X9 .ON the month of 27 june 2015 my mobile model is lava iris X9 [protected] and also went to Its service center of lava located: sai mobiles Shop no 32, ground floor, hardy complex, Opp. chermas mg road secunderabad 3 and they took an extra charge on being the product in warranty on 22/12/2015 and again the same damage occurred this product seems to be damaged from starting and is very problematic its cost was rs 10441
