[Resolved] Lava Mobiles — Delay in receiving my cell phone

I gave my phone in one of the Lava Service centers in Guwahati on 1st of November and they said it will take 15 days maximum for my phone to get repaired. But as of now there is no positive reply from their end and they are npt taking this matter seriously. Every time I call them they make the same excuse of not getting the parts needs to be installed on my phone. Because of delay I am suffering a lot in my professional life Please take this matter seriously.
