[Resolved]  Lava Mobiles — Iris 402 mobile is always having problem

I am having a mobile IRIS 402 purchased in the month of January 2014, but the mobile is always having problem from the first month itself, even I have visited the lava care at Bhubaneswar twice within six months, now again the mobile is having problem i.e. sim card not detecting, battery life, software issue, contacts vanishes automatically.. what to do now...?
