I had given my tab t80 ivory m4 on 27/7/2016 with a problem of not charging to serivice centre (Rishi communication, mancherial dist: adilabad. -504208) [protected].
They told that there is a problem of pcb and told that it will be done in week days. Today is 8/8/16 without having tab, on which i work reg for sending information to my boss.. I am going regularly to service centre, they are telling pcb was not recieved. Satuarday i called customer care, they are telling part was not yet dispached.
Lava customer care.. The worst customer care i had not seen this type of service in my life. If we ask any query they will write it down, no solution with customer care.. For which we need to pay call charges.
They dont know whether pcb was sent to service centre or not, they dont know when pcb will be couired. What is the fun in having customer care without details, they are just working as attender to notedown the complaint. They dont know how to resolve the problem.
