My Phone is having Touch Screen & Mobile is behaving erratically & Selecting Automatically.
We have give it in LAVA Authorized service Center (V-CARE MOBILE ( Service Centre ) V-Care Mobile, #54/1, 1st Floor, Begur Road, Bommanahalli Circle, Bangalore ).
After checking with LAVA Service center they have told that Touch Panel can’t be repaired and offered New Mobile LAVA X5 after 4 days.
What ever i received is looks old Mobile & Battery and mobile is used one.
As i doubted it is the same New Mobile which you replaced is old done with lot of problems.

Nature of concern of the phone:
· We have Problem with my LAVA iris Pro 30 we gave it for VCare on 31.08.2015 for Touch screen Problem.
· 03.09.2015 : Replaced with new set as LAVA iris pro 30 can’t repaired with LAVA X5 ( But X5 is not the new set it was old problemitic set which is
having lot of problems ).( Service center is bluffed & claims it is Brand New Mobile )
· Battery is not charging max 30% can be charged & Discharging very fast.( 1min call battery will come to 5% )
· Data services not working.
· 08.09.2015 : LAVA x5 is having Problem with Battery charging & Mobile data problem. V care has replaced with different Battery.
· 11.09.2015 : LAVA X5 again problem with Batter & Mobile data. Returned to V Care for service.
Everyday we are contacting Lava care everytime same reply with in 12 hours we will come back to you.
