Lava told us that they will provide the lollipop update for Iris x8 on 2nd week of September but when that time period passed they told it will be on the month of September now again when that period has passed the are telling that
"Due to a technical snag, the roll out has been taking longer than expected. We deeply regret the inconvenience caused and will update you as soon as the roll out is ready."
Now this is not working good they are providing dates and again failing to keep their promise. I bought this phone only because of the promised update but still no update has been provided this is extremely frustrating... So please help me
