Today i have encountered a sudden switch off of my lava handset. I visited your service center located at m i road jaipur but they people denied to service the handset stated that your phone is drop in water but the handset is not dropped in water and its in a fully dry state attaching photos clicked post visiting service center. The guy at your service center had misconducted and did not opened the hand set in front of me & given false statement.
