I am writing this letter with my deepest heart. I feel disheartened to get serviced by lava. My lava tab t 70, which i bought on 24/10/2018, is under warranty period, when i submitted the same at lava service centre at bankura, west bengal on jan 23, 2019 first time with a reason of memory not functioning. It took almost 20 days to repair before handing over the set to me, but to my surprise, the existing problem remains same. I again submitted the set there, it took another 25 days to repair before handing over the same to me. When they handed over the set to me it was 22 march 2019. It was more painful this time when i got to know that my set would not booting this time.
Again i had to submit the set to the same utility center at bankura, this time the mechanic said it would take another 15 days. Please calculate the tat.
That has been really a joke with me. The latest is waiting for me when i ultimately get the set on 2nd april 2019. After using the set for 4 days, i again faced the same earlier problem showing memory card not deducted.
I am in distress and in pain by favouring lava tab. Right now no is listening to me; i have been without set for the last two months. Shame on lava for its service level.
