My lava X11 4G phone's touchpad is not smooth...it is very very very bad.some time it not working properly...it's sound quality is very bad and very low while in high volume...it's system is not working properly...it become hang...while 4G data on unwanted external apps are automatically installed with out installation by me...and phone become hang..some time phone become hang and show sound recorder, desktop theam, game assistant, flash light app are not responding and become hang... even once formatting of my phone by me show same problem..so plz replace my touch pad and sound quality..take some step to overcome that above problem..
